Why Lindsay Redwine chose Austin

We bought this home as an investment property. The apartment backs up to a beautiful main house. It was much bigger than we needed, but we just couldn't pass it up! It is just magical, beautiful and perfectly located. Everyone that sees it just falls in love.

What makes this apartment unique

The back apartment is an fairly new addition to a large main house, which was built in the 1950's. It preserves the character of that era yet adds a wonderful and functional new and separate living space. The view is amazing, you can see St. Edward's University. Also the backyard is just incredible. It is amazing to have so much outside space, so close to downtown Austin. The yard is maintained and landscaped very well so that it may be enjoyed to its fullest.

Great apt and location for a weekend in austin

the apartment was in a great location, a very short drive to all the austin things to do! it was spacious enough for 4 people to spend the weekend, even with down time. the beds were very comfortable and it was an overall great stay!

Fantastic Location - Really cute and clean apartment

This was a perfect spot for us to stay - it was 4 of us. My first time visiting Austin and the location could not be beat for the price. Lindsey was easy to reach and super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect for my Thanksgiving visit to my daughter & son-in-law! They live in a small apartment, and while they move all their furniture around to host us for dinner, there's no room at the inn for extra guests, so this was absolutely perfect for myself, my son & his girlfriend. Had everything that we needed, was just the right size, and the neighbors were friendly to us as well. Great in-town "live like a local" while on vacation place with a full kitchen and bath, two private bedrooms, and a large common area where we all watched football, played cards, ate Chineese take-out and visited over Thanksgiving weekend.

Convenient and Comfortable

My husband and I spent a week here while we were waiting to settle into our new home. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Lindsey and her team were so attentive to all of our needs and responded promptly to our inquiries. The furniture and beds were clean and comfortable. The parking, outdoor space, and laundry facilities were so nice and really made our stay convenient. The neighborhood is very cute - we loved walking and exploring - and all of the neighbors were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is located within walking distance of Austin's famous South Congress Street. This area is fabulous for vintage and antique shopping. The absolute best restaurants in town. First Thursday shopper's paradise on the first Thursday of every month. Live music, trailer park eatery, drinks at the San Jose Hotel, Jo's Coffee Shop. One block away from Big Stacy Community Pool. Lots of sunshine and happiness, folks:)

The property is also within 2 1/2 miles to the the heart of downtown Austin. Tons of nightlife and live music! The South Congress Bridge, home of the bats. Auditorium Shores. Zilker Park just a bit to the east.
