This home is just north of the village in Beaver Creek. If you want luxury and exclusivity that is in a prime location then look no further, this is the home for you.
If you are unfamiliar with the Vail Valley, the reason we selected this particular home in Beaver Creek is because most properties in Vail have highway noise from Interstate 70 and the convenience is not available without a lot of walking in many cases. Arrowhead is nice, but without a village, the dining options are extremely limited. Additionally, Arrowhead does not have a ski school and the snow is not as dependable. Beaver Creek simply has the right balance with the village dining and shops, exclusivity keeping the crowds low and the best snow options for us. And this home is right in the heart of the Beaver Creek Resort.
Home can be split into a 3 bedroom plus loft and a seperate 2 bedroom. Each unit has a seperate master, kitchen and laundry facilities. You can split this yourself if you rent the whole house for additional privacy or the units may be rented separately. Contact us for details.

We live in Boulder and enjoy visiting Beaver Creek several times each year. As children growing up in Texas we have been skiing in Colorado and enjoying the cool summers in the Vail Valley all our lives.

We chose Beaver Creek for the convenience to skiing, restaurants, golf, ice skating and all the local activities. It is a beautiful, secluded property in the best resort in the Vail Valley. With 'dial a ride' just a phone call away this home provides the privacy you want with the convenience of all the resort has to offer.
This property is perfect for several families or a large extended family of all ages. No stairs to climb on the main level where the main kitchen and living areas are located. With two separate kitchens and three living areas everyone can have their own space. There are four decks with views to the north, east and south featuring views of Beaver Creek ski runs, the mountains and hundreds of trees.
We had a great time in this rental. There was more than enough room. We loved the heated bathroom floors, multiple decks, and ease of using dial-a-ride. A great house in a great location!!
This house was perfect! It was large, comfortable, and private. One of our favorite aspects of the house was the fact that all the major areas of the house (kitchen, garage, living room, master bedroom, laundry room) were all on the main level, something hard to find in a ski house. The downstairs apartment with its own laundry facilities was a huge bonus so we could do multiple loads at the same time. All of the bedrooms had their own attached bathroom. The attached garage was great for car and ski storage. And the fireplace with a huge supply of wood was fantastic!
Brandi and Liz, the property manager, were responsive and incredibly helpful. The Dial-a-Ride was very convenient and worked beautifully.
We will definitely rent again!
Beautiful house, fit our group of 13 nicely. Beaver Creek free shuttle to slopes picks you up at the end of the driveway. Very convenient. Highly recommend this house and location.
The home was immaculate and the free shuttle to Beaver Creek Village was great. Only complaint is that we often ran out of hot water when we all showering at the same time at the end of the day. Would come back again!

Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us. It exceeded our expectations. While Beaver Creek is expensive for the lift tickets, keep in mind, they provide door to door service upon demand. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle that dropped us off almost at the ski lift. Oh, by the way, did I mention the outdoor seats are heated at the ice skating rink? Weather and conditions on the mountain were perfect. Can't wait to do it again next year.
Located on the 4th tee box of the Beaver Creek golf course, just minutes away from the village, ski lift and more. Home is among the most secluded in Beaver Creek on an oversized lot surrounded by trees. Free, on demand 'dial a ride' shuttle service available to drive you to the village, the ski lift or anywhere you want to go in the resort. Ski or snowboard in the winter. Golf, play tennis, ride bikes in the summer. And year round take in the mountain views and breathtaking walks or hikes.

PARKING – Parking is limited to four vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels, linens or any other contents to be taken from the units.
Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace. DO NOT leave any fire unattended. Always close the doors except for loading wood or lighting the fire. Exercise extreme caution using and do not let children near the fire.
