* The indoor pool is private since it is inside the house and it is heated
*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.
*Pool service may occur during your stay
*The Fireplace is only operational from October 1-April 1 due to the HOA Community Policy.
*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*Outdoor pool is a community pool
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Thanksgiving Trip

This home was fun. Something different with the open floor plan, so we tried it. Great location. Property was not very clean. The cabin smells badly. I carried the stench with me for weeks in my clothes. The listing does have everything it explains; however, it was dirty. So much so, that I went to wal mart and bought new blankets for the bed and one to sit on the couch. The management staff were very very friendly and did refund some of my money; not an amount I felt was accurate; but some is better than nothing.

Disappointed-never stayed in the mts before

Once we got there it was easy to get in. However, there were a few things wrong. The pictures show a pool table and there was no pool table but a ping pong table. The indoor pool was cold. It was dirty as well. They did clean this for us the next day. After a day of being there, we found out that the heater was broken. There was no way for us to get the pool to warm up. We tried opening the doors but the garage door wouldn't stay fully open to get the warm air in. Also, not enough drinkware/mugs and skillets. They did come by the next day to give us more. They also made sure to give us linens for the couch, so my dad could sleep on it. He said the beds were not comfortable for him. We wish there was a broom/mop to use to clean up behind ourselves more but we used what we had available to us. The neighborhood does have 2 pools but the closest one is a big hike to get to, especially with a one-year-old. The place is pretty close to everything but still feels like you are in the mountains. We only rented the place for the pool table and the pool. I could have rented way cheaper somewhere else. There was mentioned that I would get some money back but I haven't seen that. I would not stay here again. Very disappointed and had hoped to have a great time with our first family vacation with our little one and my parent's 40th wedding anniversary. Hopefully, this helps you determine if you want to stay here since there were no reviews before we picked this place.
