About Ali Keag
My name is Ali, I'm from a very close family of six and am the youngest of four children.
Ali Keag purchased this Cottage in 1992
Why Ali Keag chose Fennville
I've been very fortunate to grow up on this very same property of 40 beautiful acres, along with my 3 siblings. My parents and their parents grew up in this town and wanted us to have the same childhood and close knit town they had growing up. We are centrally located between Fennville, Saugatuck and South Haven and so close to amazing beaches. My parents bought this property, which used to be an old turkey farm, 21 years ago. Since the day they bought it, my dad wanted to build cottages and rent them here... 3 years ago, we made it happen. We felt this property was the perfect place to build them, being a quick trip to the our great tourist towns but still having the beauty of being out in the country. But don't worry, you're not roughin' it when you stay here! Newly built, cozy, unique, luxury cottages are what we wanted and we feel we have accomplished that. We hope that your family will come here and make wonderful memories, just like our family did.
What makes this Cottage unique

GREAT PLACE TO CALL HOME WHEN VISITING SW MICHIGAN
Our stay in cottage 2 was excellent. This was not our first cabin choice as we do not have a baby and we did not need the crib. It turned out to have everything we needed. This cabin was the right size for our family of five (oldest 17 and youngest 11). We hade plenty of room. The service was excellent and friendly. Our coffeemaker did not work the first day. They had it replaced the same day. I kind of hate to give this place a good review as I would prefer to keep it a secret selfishly. The only thing that could be improves is the pool hours. It closed at five each day. It turned out to not be a big deal as we were at the beach all day and did not need to swim. I highly recommend anyone staying here.
Thank you for the nice review, we were glad that you had an excellent stay. I just wanted to share some good news, we have just added a new pool this year with better hours. 30' x 70' open 10AM-9PM.
A wonderful get-a-way!
My family had a wonderful time here. The cottage was spotless and like new. The decor is fun, comfortable and whimsical. There were five adults in our family and there was plenty of room for all of us, although the bunk beds in the nursery would be too short for a tall person, it was fine for my adult daughter. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking as well. We will definately return!
Thanks so much, Pam. We always enjoy having you stay with us!
Charming Cottage near Lake Michigan
DollyBrook Resort is our home away from home - the cottages are super clean, beautifully decorated (love the farm sink, custom cabinets and granite countertops), with FULLY equipped kitchens (right down to the retro blender and steak knives). Central heating and cooling, gas fireplaces, flat screen televisions - crisp, yet soothing bed linens, and fluffy absorbent towels. Lovely screened in porches with hanging patio lights, clean and functional gas grills, not to mention the perfectly maintained fire pits, complete with a little bundle of kindling, wood, and matches. Ali and her family are fabulous, provide excellent customer service and are wonderfully detailed oriented ~ truly they have thought of everything! The only thing that would make DollyBrook even more special is if our furry family member (our dog) were permitted. Regardless, our family will be back again and again and again.
Thank you, Deborah!
