Condo features 9 foot ceilings, oversized balcony facing the Gulf with an open floor plan. New carpet in both bedrooms and ceramic tile flooring throughout the remainder of the condo. Spacious bathrooms with a large garden tub/shower in the master. You will find modern amenities in the fully equipped kitchen like granite countertops, side-by-side refrigerator, and bar seating for 3. Master suite has a king size bed and sliding glass doors that open to the spacious balcony from both the master suite and the living room. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sofa bed for any additional guests.
Sterling Reef has many amenities for the whole family to enjoy during your stay. There is an activity center with a big screen TV, free DVD movie kiosk in the lobby, three levels of covered parking with easy loading/unloading area in front of elevator, concierge services, BBQ grills on the sky terrace, and an exercise center that faces the pool and the beach making for a picture perfect workout! You will also find a heated pool that encompasses 4,000 square feet with a bi-level design and features a connecting waterfall all surrounded by 40-foot palm trees!

Condo was comfy and in good location along Front Beach Rd.
Had a business/pleasure trip for the area the week before Memorial Day. Beautiful weather, beautiful facility and helpful owner with questions. Well kept, nicely appointed property and convenient to area attractions and activities. Always be respectful of other people's space and also be gentle and take care of other people's belongings. Remember, you're not the only ones in the building or on the beach and finally if a building is a "no smoking" facility, remember others and please respect that limitation as well or lease from a "smoke-friendly" property...Thanks...enjoy!
The owner was so easy to work with and very friendly! The condo was great with updated furniture and appliances and anything you may need inuding beach chairs. There was plenty of room for our family and our kids loved it just as much. We particularly liked it, because it is a no smoking condo even on balcony, and we have kids with asthma and bad allergies. This is a great stay for adults and children alike!
We have rented this condo every summer because of the view, location, and layout of this 2 bdrm/2bth unit. This owner takes care of this property! Always clean and updated with new appliances and furniture. We are very close to grocery and pier. Can't wait to come back!
Clean/well kept & furnished. Great view from balcony. Good spot for beach and walks on beach. Just far enough away from the "main spring break" places. Management group took care of any issues quickly. Month of March, not the best for any part of Panama City Beach.
