This condo is completely remodeled with flat panel TV, slate floors in kitchen/bath, granite counter-tops, gorgeous cabinets, stone fireplace, and more! Everything is all new. It's beautiful, and is truly a haven after a long day in town or on the slopes.
This condo sits in a perfect location in Park City. Close to everything: 5 minutes to Main Street, all 3 ski resorts. Park City's free shuttle stops at the property to deliver you anywhere in town. This is a Sundance screening location too!
We have lived in Park City full-time for 11 years and lived in Utah for 25. We love it here and are excited to share Park City with you! Just ask us for dining, skiing, or sightseeing recommendations.

The Prospector is simply one of the best locations in Park City! Close to everything, on the bus route, dining and shopping in the neighborhood....it's perfect for vacations. And since we are Sundance Film Festival lovers, this was perfect. We were introduced to this property while attending film screenings held on-site.
It was wonderful! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the fireplace and the high end renovations you did, you can tell you put a lot of thought into how it would look. The coffee upon arrival was a really nice touch, it was like you knew I wasn't going to be prepared for the first morning!
The convenience of the bus stop directly outside the front door was excellent, we parked our car and never used it until we needed to go to the airport. I would absolutely stay here again.
I have stayed at the Prospector each year for over 25 years. I have stayed in every building and almost all types of units. This one was by far the best appointed and maintained. I really liked the fireplace heater vs the in the wall furnace that most units have and would wake me up at night when it turned on. The unit was clearly remodeled and , relative to all other units i have been in, quite nice. The unit does face the street which can be noisy with the buses at times, plus i felt i needed to keep the shades drawn most of the time (all my other stays faced away from the street). Because of the size of the fireplace (see the photos) and the nicely done and large kitchen, the room is a little tighter then others. So it was tight to put our luggage. I have some small suggestions for the owner. The lighting in the room is a little dark. And would be nice to have a place to hang your coats and put your boots when you come in the front door. Overall, i quite enjoyed the unit and would definitely stay again
The condo is clean and exactly as presented on line. The owner is concerned about your experience and quick to respond to all questions.
The staff members at the complex are courteous and go "out of their way" to help with anything you require.
Location of the unit is a big plus, close to everything you need. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance (Indian, Mexican, Lobster, Burgers).
Not into walking? The bus stops outside your door to take you wherever you want to go. The bus drivers are friendly, helpful and the route maps are easy to decipher.
There is a great grocery (Fresh Market) near by that has everything you could want.
The hot tub at the complex is large enough to accommodate those who want the camaraderie of other guests and those who want a private corner. Bring a towel and shoes that you don't mind getting wet for the walk back to your unit as there is not a locker room for the hot tub.
Overall I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a clean, cozy and convenient base for skiing and exploring the Park City area.
We had a very pleasant 5-nights stay at this Prospector Property. The condo is remodeled, spotless clean, and the bus stop with free bus services is in front of the condo, I'd make just a few recommendations to the owner, in order to make it perfect. Adding some furniture for clothing, like one more nightstand next to the recliner and some kitchen towels, kitchen gloves & newer frying pans will be very helpful.

The studio was very comfortable and quiet. We liked the renovation improvements and would recommend staying there.

Everything was easy Kevin and Rhea were very helpful with information about the area and very responsive. There wasn't alot of noise in our bldg as I've seen some mention about staying at the Prospector in general. I'd definitely stay there again. The scenery was great and it was in walking distance of places to eat. Fuegos had great pizza! There was a pretty nice gym onsite but we didn't have time to look into it. They have visitor guides onsite and a local bus stop right in front of the bldg to take you places within distance for free. We enjoyed our visit and we were in driving distance of Mirror Lake etc...

Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this condo is centrally located to provide easy access to all that Park City, Utah has to offer. The building has a digital keypad access for security. Located 1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Resort and 35 miles from the Salt Lake City Airport. Our building has a bus stop right out the front door to the free Park City bus service with access to Main Street, all ski areas, outlet malls, theaters, shopping and restaurants.
