The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Everything was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained and bright. Loved spending time out on the balcony sitting in those raised Adarondak chairs watching the beautiful sunrises, seagulls, pelicans, etc. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic! Customer service was excellent. We called them once and the issue was rectified the same day. There are plenty of attractions, restaurants ie. Wild Wing Cafe, Hamburger Joe's, shopping and other activities close by. We have stayed at many other places in Myrtle Beach over the years but Waterpointe II was the best. Would definitely recommend it. Thank you to the owner / manager for a great stay.
We had wonderful family time! Some of the time we had family join us and got to have family time. Then part of the time was just husband and wife time! It was all so needed and was so enjoyed! We had walks on the beach, sunshine, warm weather (even the end of Oct!) We went to the movies, and Broadway on the Beach, Barefoot landing and Joes Hamburgers! The condo was so adequate for our needs!
We had a fantastic relaxing time in this condo last week. It was a great time of year of be at the beach and the weather was awesome! We walked the beach everyday besides sitting out on the beach and by the pool. We also went to the Pirate Voyage dinner show, putt putt and a movie but truly the highlight was having much needed husband/wife time together. We have a lot of people around us on other vacations and at work so this was so needed. The condo is fully equipped and we ate in most of the time, only used 1 bedroom out of 3, but was plenty of room to have brought ppl with us. Not this trip! This was just for us!
The rental agency was very helpful and made our stay the best!
We just returned to Maine after a months stay in this condo. We have a wonderful time ! The condo and facilities are great and very comfortable! Has everything you need! Location is great too! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Myrtle Beach at some time.
Staying here has been the highlight of my family's year for 10 years! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and has a lovely view of the ocean! The kitchen is well equipped and even has a full sized washer and dryer. It is convenient to just about anything you want to do! This is a great family vacation place!
We had our 2 sons and families join us Sept 7-14th. 8 ppl total. Had wonderful memory building times, relaxing, grandchildren getting more comfortable with water, drinking coffee on the balcony, evenings in the hot tub, and wonderful meals and vacation junk food!! Highly recommend you next beach vacation here!
