The 130m2 villa, which can host up to six persons, is built in 2 levels. The upper level is an open plan space which includes the living room, the kitchen, and a small w.c., while the lower one includes 2 double- bedrooms and the main bathroom. In the same lower level there is also the guest house, which consists of a double- bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom.The villa has its own swimming pool, with a stunning view towards the sea, and is surrounded by large courtyards and verandas.The basic material which was used for the constructions was local stone. The house’s walls, which reach a width of 50cm, are 100% built out of stone, following traditional building techniques. The roofs, but also every wooden structure outside the house, are made of chestnut wood, which was brought from mt. Athos. The doors and windows are made also out of wood (niagon), and are equipped with modern mechanisms and insulation systems. Oak floors are used for the interior spaces.

This is a wonderful house....Extremely well conceived, extremely tasteful and super clean. The owner took the time to pick us up at the helipad, drove us to the house and showed us around. The house has everything you need plus...LOADS of charm and an amazing view of the sea, the sunset, the islands....If I were to build a Summer house, this is exactly how I would do it: Very private, very cosy, very clever, with a large enough pool, plenty of terrasses to choose from (shade and or sun), simple and yet complete. The house is situated on the south part of Skopelos Island, near the settlement of N. Klima. The property (olive grove) in which it is built is 4.012,96 m2, and its north side borders with the main road, which leads to Skopelos city, while its south one ends right on the sea shore. The main advantages of the property are its stunning view towards the Aegean Sea, the direct access from the main road, but also the fact that is placed near critical parts of the island, such as the port of Loutraki, the settlements of Glossa and N. Klima, and the most beautiful beaches of the island (Milia, Kastani, Armenopetra). Lastly, the element that makes this place truly unique is the beach in which the property ends at. There is no public access to this beach and it can be reached only through four private properties, including the one it is described above. Please note that the house is situated in an altitude 25m above sea level, so it takes about 100steps in order to access the beach.
