A perfect home to enjoy time in Annapolis! Located on King George Street, walking distance to the academy or downtown, this home is open year round with a two night minimum stay.

It is an outstanding home for Weddings, Academy Events, Alumni Gatherings or Family Vacations. This stunningly appointed home offers you an at-home setting in the heart of Annapolis, 1 block from the Academy entrance and 4 blocks to City Dock. Dining table expands to comfortably seat 12. Downstairs enjoy a fully finished recreation area with pool table, wet bar and entertainment area, with exterior access to the back patio from the lower level. This level can also be used for sleeping two on the queen sleep sofa.

Three bedrooms each with their own full bath with custom tile showers. The master and primary guest room each have queen beds. The third floor suite holds both a twin bed and full bed, a full shower, and a private outdoor roof deck with stunning views of the Academy Chapel. About Owner/Manager, Marie Dall'Acqua

I've been an Annapolis area local since 1988, owned businesses in town, and on the boards of several Annapolis non-profits. Annapolis is my home, and I love to share it with guests!

Owner/Manager, Marie Dall'Acqua purchased this house in 2005

Why Owner/Manager, Marie Dall'Acqua chose Annapolis

I was looking for a home in downtown Annapolis that I could renovate and make my own. When I found this home, it was a small cottage that I was able to completely renovate. I more than doubled the size by adding a full finished basement and turned the attic into a third floor suite. It was a labor of love, and I am so pleased with the results!

Induction Day travel with family

  • 5 of 5

We hosted my family for my son's Naval Academy Induction Day at this beautiful home. This home is so well appointed and convenient that my 84 year old father and mother could not even complain. The main bedrooms have their own thermostat, which felt like a real luxury for my parents. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed. Our kind host set the dining table to reflect the number of guests we had attending. For Naval Academy guests, the "Maryland gate" (not always open, but was on I-Day) is less than a block away. This made coming and going for events at USNA easy for all in our party from age 9 to age 84. We will book again!

A perfect location for an easy get-away

  • 5 of 5

The house was gorgegous with an amazing kitchen! The kitchen appliances are modern and extremely easy to use. The location to the waterfront, restaurants, and shops was within a few blocks, making it easy to maneuver around the town on foot. The drive was a bonus, but if you are expecting more than three cars, be mindful of the street parking as you may have to move your car throughout the day. Ten people slept comfortably with more than enough room. Overall, a wonderful weekend.

AMAZING Rental! The Perfect Home in the Perfect Spot!

  • 5 of 5

We could not have been more pleased with this gorgeous home for our recent girls trip to Annapolis! Marie was extremely accommodating and so great to work with for the weeks leading up to our trip. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is in THE perfect spot - a short walk from downtown and anything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped - perfect for a group dinner in one night. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and the front porch and backyard were so nice to have for relaxing outside. The listing was extremely accurate, everything was well-maintained, and I would DEFINITELY recommend this property to anyone and everyone I know! Thanks, Marie!

A Perfect Weekend!

  • 5 of 5

We gathered in Annapolis with lots of family to attend my father's memorial service at the USNA. This location was perfect for walks to take a boat ride on the harbor, a family tour of the academy and for dinner and brunch in town. Our three sons and their families stayed with us in this gorgeous home, with children in sleeping bags. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings and great games of pool downstairs in the evenings. The second night we hosted 25 extended family for a catered dinner and the kitchen island was perfect for setting up the buffet. Marie was very generous to offer platters and trays and matching china to make this evening flow beautifully. We spilled out onto the private patio and porch, as well as filling up her dining table for 12. It was a special time to be together and this beautiful home made it all extra nice. Marie was gracious and kind to work with at a time when we were still dealing with our loss. I would give this experience a 10 on a scale of 1 - 5.

Perfect in every way!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house while attending our daughter's graduation from St. John's College. The layout of the house is perfect for both privacy and entertaining. It became our headquarters for the weekend. The outside patio, the large and open first floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, the guest bedrooms with their own bathrooms and the spacious room downstairs with a pool table and wet bar. All beautiful. And Marie was such a gracious "on-line" hostess! Oh....and the Naval Academy is in your backyard, your are in the historic district and only blocks from all Annapolis has to offer harborside. Enjoy!
