Rancho Estellita in Magnesia Falls Cove, is our luxurious and privately secured vacation rental property sitting on a quarter acre of beautifully designed gardens. Magnesia Falls Cove is a beautiful residential neighborhood surrounded by the breathtaking San Jacinto Mountains in Rancho Mirage, California.

Our home features four complete bedrooms - #1 East Wing Traditional Master Suite has 1 king size bed. #2 West Wing Super Master Suite has 2 king size beds, #3 East Wing Standard Bedroom has one queen size bed, and #4 East Wing Standard Room has one queen sized bed,

This is the ideal vacation rental house for your family or families, or adult leisure Palm Springs Valley vacation.. We also have a child proof safety pool guard/ gate installed, available for use upon request for families with young children and grandchildren,

Centrally located just three blocks south of Highway 111 in the 'Valley', we have the perfect location in the desert area for any of our four seasons of luxury vacation. We are also only ten minutes from Palm Springs International Airport.

With over 2900 square feet this spacious, four bedroom and two bathroom luxury estate home features sleeping capacity comfortably for 8 -10 people, a private poolside patio entrance from both master suites, and from the main living room area.

We have a completely custom furnished kitchen with gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and fireplace. There is an over sized washer and dryer just off the master bath, and there is a large circular driveway with plenty of room to accommodate secured parking eight cars.

We have an elegant dining room, a spacious living room with 52 inch high definition LCD/ Cable TV with DVR, and a DVD player. Each bedroom suite is also furnished with 32 inch high definition LCD Cable TV’s. We have a wireless router for high speed internet access throughout the house, so you connect to the web as soon as you arrive.

Our own private backyard “Resort” features an immaculately kept swimming pool, a large covered furnished patio deck and big poolside sun deck, fire pit, and outdoor grilling station and complete patio dining area. The back yard has been furnished with the finest quality outdoor patio couches, loungers, and dining room furniture. And remember your young children and grandchildren will be safe as ever with our Swimming Pool Safety Guard and Gate. They will also really enjoy playing in our brand new sand box with four tons of sand recently delivered.

Our property is located near The River at Rancho Mirage; The River provides a park-like waterfront with an entertainment amphitheater, live music, fountains and cascading waterfalls. We are also within minutes of many top rated golf courses and tennis facilities in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta communities. The city of Rancho Mirage - Whitewater Park, is just four blocks away, with four tennis courts, two full size basketball courts, and a large playground and picnic area. We are also just blocks away from Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa. There is also excellent walking, hiking, mountain biking, and road biking with trails and roads.

We love the property and circular driveway in the front yard, the resort style pool and large covered Ranch style patio deck great for outdoor entertaining even in the summer with the excellent shade protection across the entire back side of the home in the back yard, the spacious wide spread four bedroom two bathroom floor plan, and the incredibly close proximity to The River at Rancho Mirage entertainment, shopping and dining destination. We have truly fallen in love with the small and cozy feeling of the Palm Springs Valley, with amazing mountain views everywhere, the lush botanical gardens and gorgeous palm trees covering the streets, and the fresh clean air and beautiful Southern California desert climate. We wanted a warm vacation destination getaway, from the cold winters of Minneapolis Minnesota. The Palm Springs valley has great weather, and a beautiful backdrop with the surrounding mountains all around us. Rancho Mirage is a beautiful manicured vacation destination, yet the valley has kept most of it's natural desert beauty, and the closeness to the 111 Highway give us easy access to anyone in the Palm Springs valley within minutes. What makes this estate unique

What We really love about this property is the 2 Master Suites on each end of the property, providing comfort, quality and privacy to guests who can each have their own separate master bedroom experience. The 'Super' master suite as we like to refer to it, with its 2 king beds and leather pull out sofa couch/sleeper is such a big room.

The Super Master has huge high ceilings and two huge walk out patio sliding doors to access the back yard.

Speaking of Patio Doors another amazing feature in the home is how it flows openly from front to back and has a total of 8 sliding glass door panels that exit out to the covered patio dining room, outdoor living room, grilling station and pool deck. Actually from the kitchen bar at the front side of the house you can honestly see through the indoor dining room and living room out to the patio dining room and beyond to the entire swimming pool.

The house is great for sleeping everyone comfortably and for enjoying lots of sunshine, palm trees, beautiful serene gardens and also sitting back under the large shaded covered patio out of the sun and just relaxing with a drink, lounging on a couch, watching your friends or children swimming in the pool, or having a great outdoor lunch or dinner enjoying the fresh warm air.

Another great private back yard feature is the grass play area and golf chipping zone on the east side of the home. We love playing soccer, tag or catch over there with our children, or just having a lunch picnic in the grass in your own quiet back yard.

With a large half circular driveway and parking in the front for up to 6 cars easily, this is a great home for multiple families, 4 golfing couples, 5-8 men's or women's weekend retreats or a group of friends wanting to enjoy a fun vacation together or catch the music festival.

We had such a great stay at Daniel's place! Everything was just as detailed in the description and we definitely enjoyed the pool and backyard lounge area after working all day in the heat! Daniel was super accommodating as well and available for anything we needed. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Inviting and comfortable

This home is inviting and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking as a group; the kitchen is well stocked and the large dining table was a real plus for us. The back yard is quiet, and there is plenty of seating. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and seems safe. The location in Rancho Mirage was just what we wanted.

Great accomodation for an extended family or large group.

This house is in a great location close to the River with lots of good restaurants and its in a very beautiful quiet neighbourhood. The poolside is extremely comfortable and spacious with all the padded outdoor furniture you would ever need, and the two separate master suites would easily accommodate two families. The home was very clean and well maintained. Plus there is a 10 seat dining table that really makes a difference with a large group and is something you just don't find in a rental. Also enjoyed the full updated kitchen.

Dan the owner was easy to deal with and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time and had no issues with the house. Our group of golfers would happily stay again.

Exactly as advertised. Great place

This rental is perfect for a variety of travelers. It is very conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, with quick access to retail, resorts, restaurants, et cetera. In our situation, we were traveling with several adult men for a tennis tournament and this provided nicely furnished, large bedrooms with plenty of nice common area to share. I can definitely recommend this for a ladies or guys golf/tennis/leisure trip. The owners were also great communicators, responsive. Also, the deposit was refunded immediately. Definitely recommend!

Terms include acceptance of our Leasing Rental Contract which will be sent to the Guest and is required to be returned to the Homeowner fully completed and executed within 14 days of making reservation.

Minimum age for primary renter is 30 years old which is required by the city of Rancho Mirage.

Rates include spa heating and utilities. Pool heating is optional and is an additional $50 per day. Pool Safety Gate may be requested to be installed for an additional $50.

If pets are approved, there will be a Non Refundable Pet Fee- $150- Pet must be approved by owners prior to lease agreement finalized

The Cleaning fee is based on 10 man hours of cleaning. If the house requires in excess of 10 hours of cleaning the additional hours will be charged to renter at $40. per hr. Excessive use of towels will also incur additional cleaning charges.

"Rental fee" includes utilities but does not include Pool heating,cleaning fee, damage insurance or taxes.

We offer a 10% discount for rentals over 28 days provided that payment is made by cheque, money order, bank draft or direct deposit.

Higher rates apply for special events and holidays. Special additional terms are required for Coachella and the Stagecoach Music Festival. We require a $2000 refundable damage deposit.

The $79 damage insurance fee covers accidental damage up to $3000 per stay. Any damage in excess of the $3000 will

be charged to the renters credit card.
