Thanks Debbie for a wonderful stay at Casa Colinas. The house was perfect for our family of five, including three teens who enjoyed the view as much as we did. We found everything we needed and the privacy was a treat after long days in town. We hope to visit LA again and will certainly make Casa Colinas our first priority for hospitality! Thanks for everything.

Beautiful inside and out!

  • 5 of 5

We chose this property because of the patio and the view and the wonderful reviews, and now I'm so thrilled to be adding to the list of happy visitors! During our visit, the sun rose and set to the east and west of the property so it was never in the direct, hot sun. Absolutely perfect for morning coffee and sunset happy hours. And, you can enjoy the views from the inside sofa, also! There are such nice, homey touches to the interior and to the landscaping you can tell that this property is well-loved. The house is renovated with an authentic touch, a bit of old Hollywood (loved the windows and doors,) and with fun and warm Spanish tile. Debbie is a very conscientious homeowner and the property is updated, cozy and clean. Our 19 year-old son (6'1") slept on the sleeper sofa and said it was "fine!" Plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen equipment and condiments. The spacious parking pad was very easy to negotiate and a nice bonus for the Hollywood Hills. It was very quiet and peaceful. We feel very lucky to have found this gem!

Unbelievable experience

  • 5 of 5

From the minute we stepped foot into Debbie's Hollywood Hills home we were breathless. The view of the Hollywood sign is something else. The home has all the warm touches. You want for nothing. When you leave the home to do whatever it is you are there to do, you are simply driven back to HOME. We have never ever stayed somewhere as awesome as this and we have been around :). Thank you Debbie. We will be back!

Repeat customers at this beautiful home

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay at Casa Colinas - my husband and I enjoyed it so much last year that we returned again and brought his parents. The house and surrounding area are beautiful with so much character and the views from the patio are just amazing. We spent hours outside in the mornings and evenings, enjoying the views and perfect weather. The house had everything we needed for our stay and it was so convenient to go pick up groceries from several nearby stores and grill at night to enjoy dinners outside. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and morning hikes at Runyon Canyon. The location is convenient to sights and the freeway and we enjoyed trips to Santa Monica and Malibu.

Debbie is a joy to work with and we are already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you, Debbie!

Beautiful home with an incredible view!

  • 5 of 5

My first impressions were that the house was gorgeous, Spanish style décor and we arrived at night so the stairs and terrace were lit with fairy lights.

The house is clean and the beds are comfy. The only thing I would say would be that I wish there was 2 bathrooms just for convenience but the 1 worked fine. Washing and drying facilities were provided which was so handy and there were plenty of facilities in the kitchen (coffee machine, BBQ facilities, candles etc.) There were also plenty of towels in the bathroom. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay in!

The view overlooking Universal City is honestly amazing and you can also see the Hollywood Sign from the patio (so you don’t need to spend a day trying to find the best view of it!)

The location is perfect, literally 10 minute drive to Universal Studios and 20 minutes to the Hollywood Walk of Fame / touristy bits. The main highlight was BBQ’s and wine on the terrace on an evening overlooking the lights of Hollywood – literally the best view, I never wanted to leave.

Debbie was a pleasure to deal with; she is so helpful and friendly which made the stay above and beyond perfect!

Overall I loved staying here and I wouldn’t think twice about booking to stay here again, in fact I think it will be my first port of call next time I’m in LA.

Thank you so much! xx

Owner's Response: I'm so glad you and your family enjoyed our home Leah. Dining on the patio at night is so much fun, looking at the twinkling lights below. It's too bad you didn't take the more direct route to Hollywood via Pacific View Dr. and Outpost Rd. It only takes 10 minutes that way and avoids the Cahuenga Pass traffic. Plus you can look at the beautiful houses in the hills. Maybe next time.:)

Perfect home with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely lovely home with amazing views from the patio. The home had everything required for our stay.

It was a shame our stay was only short as we fell in love with Debbie's house and will be sure to return.

We highly recommend this property 👍

Thanks Debbie!

Stunning views, comfortable, great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

We had a great experience staying at this home. The house itself is beautiful, with lush greenery and flowers all around. The views of the Santa Clarita mountains and Hollywood sign were so nice, we preferred to stay home for dinner and eat outside on many occasions. The beds in the rooms were comfy. My oldest son slept on the sleeper sofa. He said that wasn't as comfortable-his head was lower than his feet. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, as were the bathrooms. We would definitely stay at this home again!
