Beautifully and completely renovated and fully furnished chic 1 bedroom apartment of 43 m2 in Rue de Seine Paris 6th arrondissement, close to the Marche Saint Germain.

We would like to rent it for a short term basis, minimum 4 nights rental for your vacation stay. The apartment has an elegant Parisian style decoration and all the comfort necessary for your wonderful stay in Paris. It's in a great location yet very quiet neighborhood. (*We have another apartment #4014603 for 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom near the Louvre in 1st Arrondissement if you have more than 3 people.)

Our goal is to make your stay with our apartment a memorable and comfortable one.

Nearby cafe, restaurant and grocery shopping: The two most famous coffee shops, Cafe Flore and Cafe Deux Magots are both located about two blocks away from the apartment. There must be at least 100 restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. The famous pastry shops, Pierre Herme and Gerard Mulot are just in few minutes.

The daily market on Rue de Buci, specialty shops, cafes, bistros, restaurants and boutiques are right on your doorstep. If you wish to buy your own food the marche is just around the corner and grocery store, Carrefour, is in few minutes away.

Nearby attractions: Rue de Seine is within close proximity and within easy walking distance to the Seine river, Notre Dame and the Louvre, and a short stroll to Place St. Michel and the excitement of the Latin Quarter.

You can visit the Luxembourg Gardens historic area in a short distance. This lovely apartment is in a prime location and within walking distance to all of the main Parisian landmarks.

Disneyland Paris is also be accessed by a short metro ride or tour bus service.

Owner, Shun was a wonderful owner and very helpful with our rental of his apartment in the St. Germain district. The rental was in a nice location 2 blocks from the Odeon Station, which easily connects you with all that Paris has to offer. The rental was very quiet, yet close to many restaurants and the bustle of the Latin district. There were great shopping opportunities nearby with exclusive designer stores in walking distance. The pricing of the rental was very fair and the rental had everything a couple would need for a week or two in Paris. The only negatives were the small nature of the apartment, which larger people may be confined by, the lack of air conditioning for 2 people who are not used to humidity and the interior position of the rental in the building which precludes an outside view with sunshine. I am certain that a rental with the amenities that I just described, would be priced at least double the cost. So you get a nice location at a very reasonable cost with a very helpful owner.

Excellent location in St. Germain

We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by the owners representative and given an overview of the unit and all of the amenities. There was a binder with directions for everything about the apartment as well. It was clean and well-maintained, even had a washer-dryer combo that we used a few times for small loads.

The apartment is located in a most-desirable section of Paris, close to some of the best cafe's and restaurants, and very close to the Latin Quarter. Also easy walking distance to more than 1 Metro stop, some museums, and a lot of shopping. The famous bakery Gerard Mulot is across the street on the corner.

We would easily recommend this property to a friend or relative, and would stay here again. The only recommendation I have is that there should be a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher in the apartment (if they were there we could not find them). Everything else was perfect.

Great apartment in St Germain!

This was one of the best places I've stayed in Paris: great location nearby 2 metro stations. * minutes walking from the Seine river on one side and same thing to get to Luxembourg Gardens. The apartment was spotless clean and very confortable. Although there is no view (only to a court yard) it is well lighted up, quiet and has everything one needs for a great vacation. The bed is very confortable and queen size. The sofa bed is also very comfy which is a rare thing. The shower is big . I felt like home. I also want to mention that they were extremely available: the hair dryer broke and in less than one hour it was replaced. I arrived very early and while they were cleaning the apartment, the let me leave my luggages. Mr. Futa and his team are particularly attentive as well as Mrs. Shun. I hope to come back . Thank you!

Excellent Choice

We were very happy with this apartment. Location was extremely convenient and in the middle of everything. Owner was easy to work with and reliable. The apartment was spotless, well decorated and the bathroom and kitchen were very up-to-date. The washer and dryer made a three week stay very convenient. Apartment is in a building that is quiet and safe. All in all-a great stay. Thanks.

Beautiful modern tiny (this is Paris!) apartment in great location

This is a clean, modern, well maintained and attractively decorated apartment. The description and pictures you see are accurate. The agent was there to meet us as we arrived and explained everything (for us in French, but clearly he has good English). It is quite amazing how the kitchen is so well equipped in such a tiny space! The apartment does not overlook the street; there are two separate 'air chimneys' with windows that open. As a result it is fairly dark and you can be taken by surprise when, after resting your sore feet from a day of sight seeing, you head back out for supper and realise that it is still bright day not dusk! (That does mean it is lovely and dark when you want to sleep.) The living room and bedroom, connected by a narrow corridor, have windows which open facing one another across one of the air chimneys; the kitchen has a window that opens over the other. The only noise we heard from other residents was from the kitchen window and when you closed it you heard nothing. The bed is very comfortable for those who like a pillow top mattress with memory foam. My husband was very comfortable; I was too warm. As we were only staying 4 nights, (and must say we really appreciated an apartment rental that permitted a stay of less than a week) we only had breakfast in. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes' walk that has very good baguettes to start your day. Restaurants abound in all directions. There is a binder in the apartment with good documentation on everything you could imagine. Walking distance to St. Severin; and the Latin District in the other direction. If your feet are too tired, there are 2 taxi stands within 5 minutes' walk; one on St. Germain-des-Pres and the other on Rue du Four. Also the bus that stops at Buci-Seine (nearest bus stop) is the 87 - considered by some to be a great sightseeing route to take for a regular bus ticket fare. This is a good pied-a-terre for 2 people from which to base your explorations of central Paris.

We greatly enjoyed the apartment and its location.

The apartment was clean and provided all that was needed. Our only displeasure was the plastic covering under the sheets. It was uncomfortable and somehow 'cheapened' the otherwise wonderful living space.

The 6th Arrondissement Saint Germain des Pres.

Our apartment is located in one of the most beautiful XIX century buildings of that street in Saint Germain des Pres, and it's one of the most elegant addresses in Paris, the prestige Rue de Seine. It is on the second floor in France (3rd in US) without elevator onto court yard, and it is very quiet.

The location is excellent as only couple of minutes from two metro stations, Odeon and Mabillon, and great for your luxury a week getaway. You can also find good restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood.
