Wonderfully secluded

  • 5 of 5

I spent a week there in July, and the cabin is in a perfect spot if you want seclusion but still want to be close to the area's activities. I saw (and heard) several loons and ducks, and there seems to be a permanent resident frog that is happy to let you know he's there. I also saw more hummingbirds in one week than I have in my whole life! The cabin looks exactly the same as it does in the pictures, and was a great place to unwind.

Complete relaxation.

  • 4 of 5

Great vacation. When we pulled into the driveway we were greeted by two loons in the lake right in front of the house.

The lake is very quiet. We spent many hours on it on paddle boards and kayaks. Swimming was awesome near the big rock across from the house and the water was crystal clear.

The house is comfortable with everything you need.

The only improvement I would suggest would be to put some sand down where you enter the lake. Very muddy there.

Beautiful Lakeside Cabin

  • 4 of 5

My family recently stayed at Mirror Lodge and had a great time. Mirror Lake is lovely and there are no motorized watercraft allowed. We saw ducks and a heron, and thoroughly enjoyed our canoe and kayak trips on the lake. I especially loved the shower and the kitchen, both of which are updated very tastefully. It is as described and looks a lot like the pictures. Wonderful get away!

MIrror Lake stay

  • 5 of 5

Our third year here. Peaceful - tranquil - love the view from the porch. We had a nice refreshing swim in Hubbard Brook about 1 mile walk away. We enjoyed watching a pair of loons in front of the cabin during our stay and of course listening to the bull frog chorus in the evening was great.

Very nice house and location

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property for a ski trip. The house itself was very nice. The decor gave it a true cabin feel. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was a little tough to find using GPS so I would recommend using the owner's directions. Mirror Lake is right in the backyard which made for amazing sunrise views. The house was about 15 minutes from Loon mountain which was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend staying here for a nice relaxing weekend.
