This charming and tastefully decorated Victorian home is conveniently located on the free bus route between the Park City Town Lift and Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge. The house feels like a home and not a rental.

There are five bedrooms with 3 queen and 4 twin beds. In addition there is a sleep sofa, 3 couches and two twin roll away beds. The beautiful kitchen has a granite island and a custom tile mural and is fully equipped for those who like to cook.

Easy to enjoy one of the many delightful and delicious restaurants that are only a 3-minute walk from your font door.

You can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea and watch skiers come into town in one of the two sun-rooms. A glass of wine is delightful when shared with friends on one of the two porches that are next to the living room or den. You will often be greeted by the local deer who visit the nature preserve off the back yard.

At night you might read by the fireplace or enjoy watching a movie in the family room on the large flat screen television with cable or just watching TV in bed. Your tired muscles will appreciate the hot tub or the steam shower and if you cannot get away from the office you will surely utilize the WiFi and DSL.

This location is unbeatable for easy access to skiing, restaurants and nightlife of Historic Park City Main Street.

I have owned my vacation home in Park City for 9 years. During that time I tried to maintain and rent my home on my own but it ended up feeling like I had a second job! Since finding Guy Hatch and his crew at Park City Getaways, I was able to “quit” that job and truly enjoy hassle-free ownership of my home!

Park City Getaways has been able to rent out my home for most all of the available time, giving me a nice stream of rental income. On top of that, Guy keeps my home secure, has very reasonable fees, honest accounting and excellent cleaning service! He handles all maintenance issues and there is no price gouging on repairs and maintenance. If anything, I am paying less by having Park City Getaways take care of my home, because they are proactive and take care of issues before they could turn into a big problem!

Great Weekend Rental

Guy was waiting for us at the house when we arrived from the airport and showed us around the house. It was very spacious and great for a big group.

It is an extremely close walk to Main Street and very easy to get to both Park City and Deer Valey slopes. The convenience was the best part of it all.

We were able to keep our skis in the garage and the bus picks you up right in front of the house to take you to the slopes if you don't want to make the short 0.3 mile walk.

Everything in the house worked perfectly.

Will definetly be renting again from here.

Few minutes to main street and perfect for large groups

We had a group of 10 and had a blast. Guy (property manager) was very accommodating (we needed a crock pot and so he grabbed one for us!!!) and the cookies were a nice touch. Everything was clean and in good order when we showed up; please note the house is a little older than most (i.e. can't take multiple showers at the same time and there's only so much hot water).

Like other reviewers the walk is easy (if you've got your ski/snowboard gear you may wish you had locker at the lifts---but if you end up carrying your gear it's good warm up) and if you need to grab a bus there's a hub (short walk) plus a few stops right out the front door. One thing to be aware the house is on a pretty steep incline and the drive way is quite steep. During our stay it snowed quite a bit (fortunately, we needed the snow-we were skiing at the Park City Mountain resort), but the snow made navigating the drive way in car or on foot precarious. Guy was good to point it out and rightly indicated the need to drop salt frequently to keep ice from forming.

Ultimately the combination of Guy, location, price, and space the house provided for our large group was perfect and made for a great vacation.

The Perfect Place to Stay Near Main Street

This house was perfect. We had a group of 10 and fit easily [7 beds (3 master bedrooms and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each) and a number of comfortable couches]. We probably could have fit 15-16 if necessary. The biggest advantage is the short walk to Main Street (maybe 3-5 minutes) which made renting a car largely unnecessary. We could effortlessly walk to ski lifts, restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The house had a number of small/isolated nooks which made it easy to get work done in a busy house. The wifi was great, even with a number of people using it at the same time.

The house is stocked with everything you need including dishes, silverware, glasses, blankets and towels -- all in large quantities. Should you run out of anything, the house is equipped with a dish washer and a washer/dryer as well.

We most enjoyed ending busy days sitting by the gas fire place (all we had to do was flip a switch) or staring up at the stars in the spacious hot tub. When we arrived, the property manager, Guy, had freshly baked cookies waiting for us. When our flights got cancelled, he was kind enough to let us extend our stay an extra day, last minute. I truly cannot recommend this house strongly enough. The amenities and service were exquisite and we will definitely be back!

50% deposit at signing of contract. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Paid with any credit card through Pay Pal, the most secure method of payment. Guest does not need to have a Pay Pal account.
