This 3BR/3BA condo with its rustic décor is an incredibly unique find in the town Breckenridge. This condo was beautifully updated in 2016 with new furnishings, appliances, electronics and carpeting. The bedding configuration is ideal for 3 couples or a family with grandparents. This ground floor unit offers easy ingress from the slopes and unprecedented access to town. What’s more is that you can enjoy the private patio with a private hot tub and BBQ grill that feels like your own private gazebo since you are on the corner of the complex. The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a cobblestone gas fireplace and a brand new 55-inch, wall-mounted high definition TV. The kitchen has a great design with a neo angle sink facing out toward the family room and the refrigerator stove and dishwasher are all in close proximity. The prominent kitchen features are the vaulted ceiling, unique decorations above the cabinets, and recently updated stainless steel appliances. You are going to love the granite counter tops in this gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with all the you need to prepare the finest of meals. The inviting dining area features seating for 8 at the large, rustic table and room for 3 more at the counter. Enjoy a great family meal under a rustic wagon wheel chandelier a great conversation piece for any family gathering. If you have small Children there are 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers situated in the Living Room to not interfere with access to the kitchen. If you have time for work there is also a small table for a laptop and printer in the living room. In the main bathroom you also have an oversized washer and dryer in the unit.

This ground floor unit has 2 Master Bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a King bed and private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a King bunk bed with a full bed on top. All 3 bedrooms have wall mounted HD TV’s. This is perfect for families with kids. There are 2 queen pull out sofas in the living room. Guaranteed parking for 1 car but you will be given 2 parking passes. The second pass is on a first come first served basis. There is also a storage area for skiis.

The Corral Complex is located at the south end of Main Street. Just 100 yards from Restaurants, Gas, Food and Shopping. Its about a 5-6 min walk to the base of Peak 9 where you can catch the Quicksilver Lift. This condo is also located on the Free Bus Route. The unit has a ground floor patio with Private Hot Tub and outdoor grill. The unit has Cable TV and complimentary Wifi. There is also an onsite lounge & game room with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey table as well as a comfy sectional with a large TV. A great place for the kids to hang out when they’re not on the slopes! There is also a computer/printer available in the lounge area.

Comfy Condo

Top notch location hands down. Very close to Main Street. The condo had a ton of custom furnishings and it was really spacious and lots of light comes into the condo. Little thing like the usb charger cool for the smart phones.

Loved the condo and the 3 king beds for our group. The condo was really comfortable and loved the close to Main Street location. Some of the furniture is custom and very unique. High quality furnishings in this unit. We will be coming back for sure.

Love the condo. It was perfect for us. Its located on the ground floor and a corner unit so it was easy to get to. The unit was very well appointed. The furniture was very beefy and unique high end pieces. The King beds were so comfy. Love the location too.

Nice View and Location

We have been to Breckenridge in the winter and but think it’s even nicer in the summer. There is a lot to do. That peak 8 fun park was really something else. This condo was so roomy – we had ample room. Town is close and we really like that. The pool was definitely a hit with the kids. It was so close maybe a 30 sec walk. Mike recommended the Vail pass Bike tour and it was spot on a great time. Mike and Joy are just so helpful in the vacation planning process we really appreciate it.

Great location!

This condo was a great location for skiing and downtown! The walk was only 5 min max to the lift and a couple min to downtown! We had 10 people and fit fine in the condo although it was smaller than the pictures looked but still cozy! The only downfall was that it was pretty hot sleepif at night even with the thermostat lowered all the way so you may bring a fan! We also couldn't find the hot tubs or ski locker!
