Great place to stay in Hocking Hills area

  • 5 of 5

It was a great place to stay. Clean and updated. Held our family of 14 just fine. There was plenty to do onsite with swimming, kayaking, basketball, playset, and plenty of free space for kids to blow bubbles or play ball games. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

This cabin has a gorgeous wood interior. Around the cabin is a ton of private space to use for anything

Well kept. Secluded. Scenic.

Was very happy with my first ever rental. Exceeded expectations with included amenities. Beautiful property. Lots to do on property, but not much in close proximity. 30 min drive to old man's cave. Unpaved road to cabin is long and made me glad I had an AWD SUV. Definitely recommend this place for getting away from it all and still having more than enough comforts to keep you content. They leave more than enough towels and kitchen utensils for you, which was also nice. Also, bring charcoal.

Enjoyed our stay. Didn't sleep good due to broken down mattresses. Otherwise good place for family getaway.

Started planning the next trip in the first hour

  • 5 of 5

We rented the cabin for a low key bachelor party for my buddy. It was the perfect spot. By itself with zero human contact. Lake was bigger than I thought. Perfect for the kyacks. Fishing was good. We caught a few bass. Hughes fire pit. Inside the cabin was wide open and had everything we could have wanted. Within the first hour we were already planning the next trip up here.

One bit of advice would be to bring a 4wheel drive truck. We came up in two and I couldn't really imagine making up some of the dirt roads if there was any type of bad weather in anything but 4 wheel.

Loved it here. Can't wait to come back!

Spend a lovely weekend in January with 60 degree weather at this beautiful cabin! Lots to do on the property, in addition to all the hiking available in Hocking Hills. Highly recommend this place!
