Spacious home features an open dining/kitchen (well-stocked!)/living room, one queen bedroom and one full bath on ground floor. Living area has flat screen HDTV with 150+ DirecTV channels, DVD, VCR, stereo and iPod docking tower, WiFi. Second floor has one queen bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom. Enjoy this well-stocked rental with all modern conveniences.

There is a deck with gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs on lawn. Outdoor shower. Croquet set available for outdoor fun!

Fabulous vacation house

The house was perfect and exactly as described. We had 4 adults and 2 children (and 2 dogs) in our group. The house was spacious enough for all and very clean. There was a nice backyard with badminton set up for the kids to play, a deck with a grill and adirondack chairs to enjoy the lovely Block Island nights. The house was in a great location, close to many walking trails and town.

Brian, the owner, was a super nice guy. Totally accommodating and available, ensuring that everything was just right for our stay. He was our go to for beach spots and restaurants.

We love Block Island and have been many times, but this was our first rental experience. The house and cost of rental was a fabulous value and we will surely rent it again.

Adorable, spacious vacation rental!

We loved this rental house! It's in a great location, close to town & restaurants. The house is adorable and very clean & spacious! I went with my husband, kids & my parents, the kids loved the big back yard to play in. The owner Brian is great to rent from, very informative & hospitable! We had a great stay & would love to rent again!

Perfect Block Island rental

I gave this 5 stars because it was fabulous in every way, starting with the helpful property owner, Brian, and continuing with a spacious, clean and adorable house. The backyard was large and very quiet, the location was convenient to downtown and the beaches and MANY restaurants, and our stay was so wonderful that I would like to return next summer! I went with my husband and daughter and son in law and it was a hit with everyone!
