Our vacation home has all you need to make your vacation comfortable and accommodating. It is spacious and consists 2 living rooms, well appointed kitchen, 2 plus bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and laundry room. Our property Comes with a private boat slip for the exclusive use of our guests and Onsite parking for the trailer.

*KITCHEN is well appointed with all u need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. We've rented vacation properties before and one advantage is not having to spend a lot of money eating out. We have plenty of pots and pans, baking dishes, crock pots, a griddle, a blender, a George Foreman grill, a chopper, coffee grinder, hand mixer, seasonings, utensils and more.


OFF Main Floor. 8 x 20 with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Awesome Views!


~ Master Bedroom - California King with Ceiling Fan, TV, and large walk-in closet.

~ 2nd Bedroom - 3 twins and 1 Full. A twin over a full sized bunk and a twin over twin bunk. Large walk-in closet.


~ Large Family Room with plenty of seating - converts to sleeping quarter if needed.

~ Queen sofa-bed & two twin ottoman pull-outs.

~ Full bathroom (shower/toilet).

~ Laundry Room with front loading washer and dryer fireplace.

~ Sliding glass door takes you out to the covered patio and you are just feet away from the lake.

* What is nice is that all early morning risers can go to the main floor and enjoy their coffee on the balcony without interrupting late risers.


~ Outdoor seating and a private fire pit.

~ Common area - small condo complex of 6 units.

~ The amount of shoreline depends upon the water level.

~ There is a beautiful new docking system and private boat slip for the exclusive use of our guests at no additional charge.

~ Lake Charlevoix the Magnificent is the 3rd largest inland lake in Michigan and is routinely voted one of the best Lake resort areas in the US for a reason. 56 miles of beautiful shoreline surround this massive and magnificent lake.

~ We are in Charlevoix County, South Arm Township, North of the City of East Jordan.

~ We are on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix, which is notably the calmer and warmer side. Best location for wake surfing, wake boarding, skiing, etc. Location and private slip are great because the minute you see those perfect ski conditions, hop in the boat and GO.

~ Our condo is end unit of 6 privately owned townhouse style condos part of Shoreline condominium Building. Each unit has their own entry with 2 parking space in front and overflow parking across the street.

~ On the West side which gives you amazing sunrises and awesome moon rises!

** Our location on the HomeAway map is slightly wrong. We are a bit further north than what appears on the map, closer to Lord Hwy.


Accommodates 1-6 guests comfortably. Anything over 6 (up to 8) with approval. Guest limits strictly apply. The extra sleepers in lower level are there to provide versatility in the accommodations - NOT to exceed guest limits

BOAT RENTALS: There are boat and jet ski rentals at locations nearby. Check out Summertime or swan valley marina, just to name a couple close ones.

~ I ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS and E-checks with early bookings - thus no booking fees.

** ONLINE BOOKING THRU HOMEAWAY/VRBO IS Available upon request after reservation approved. Know that there is a service fee that is paid by the traveler when booking through the HomeAway/vrbo websites and using online booking and their checkout payment processing service. This booking fee imposed and collected by HomeAway, NOT the vacation property owner. I understand that the service fee is between 5-12% for most bookings but can be above or below, based on the reservation. This is not determined by property owner. Property owner does not profit from this.

Paying the fee

Travelers pay the service fee by credit card when paying through the secure HomeAway checkout process. The service fee is only charged to the card once the booking has been accepted by the property owner or manager.

Our Location specifics:

We are on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix in Charlevoix County, South Arm Twp, which is just north of the City of East Jordan.

Our location is close to the Ironton Ferry and the infamous Landings and Castle Farms. (same side of the lake)

We are close to Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay and amazing golf courses.

Easy access to all the popular attractions and neighboring resort communities like Boyne City, Petoskey, Walloon , Traverse City.

We are a very busy working and sport family. Unfortunately, we do not get to use our vacation home as much as we would like to. We were renters before we were owners and aware that there are few if any "hotels" on this lake. So - we have chosen to share our piece of heaven with you. We strive to make your stay user friendly and convenient and affordable.

AFTER spending years exploring lakes in Northern Michigan as a renter, we decided that nothing could compare to what Lake Charlevoix and the surrounding resort towns along the amazing 56 miles of Shoreline had to offer.

This property offered everything we were looking for in order to get the best use out of the Lake. Plenty of Space, small condo. association, amazing views, quick easy access to the water, location great for water sports, etc. Waterfront property and taxes are very expensive.

We love this area and chose it because we would never get bored here and the surrounding area has much to offer.

We rented this townhouse on Lake Charlevoix with our two young children and another family. We had a such a wonderful time! The townhouse is very clean, with updated fixtures and appliances. The furniture was comfortable. The townhouse is on three levels with more than enough space. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the porch or in the yard while the children played along the shore and in the water. It is shallow for quite a ways which is great for little ones. The property is very well maintained. The weather was great. The townhouse came with a boat slip that was easy to access and use. Lake Charlevoix itself is just beautiful. We were spoiled by our many adventures on the water. The home-owners have gathered all sorts of local information and made a wonderful reference binder with lots of things to do. The townhouse is located close to Charlevoix, Boyne, Petoskey and even Traverse City isn't too far - all great locations for both summer and winter activities! We found the owners to be very nice and a pleasure to work with. We have finally found a place that we could rent as "regulars" and we are so excited about that!

Wonderful home away from home vacation rental!

We absolutely loved staying at this property for our family vacation. The condo is clean and very well maintained. The amenities provided made our vacation very smooth and seamless.

The property is perfect for a family with young or grown children. It is large enough for many people or for just a single family. We have 2 little girls and the "kids room" where they slept had large bunk beds that the kids loved. The property has lots of closet space, and storage in case you over-pack like we did :) There are 2 full bathrooms that are very clean and a half bath off the kitchen which was very convenient. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans for easy cooking and the outdoor grill was very convenient for our family. The appliances are newer as well.

The property sits right on the water and the basement door walks right out to a small personal patio and right to the lake. The lake is quiet and most of the week we had the entire place to ourselves. The neighbors arrived on the weekend and were very nice. Right off the kitchen/ living room area is a large balcony overlooking the water we loved sitting out here in the morning having coffee.

The location is fantastic if you wanted to day trip to other local cities. Very close to Charlevoix, Boyne and Ironton and a short car ride to Traverse City and Petoskey. There is a local sandy beach nearby with a park and baseball field. A grocery store in town and lots of local food options in East Jordan and surrounding areas.

The owner is incredible to work with. She is very prompt in communication, organized and the detail to which she helps you to prepare for your stay is so helpful. This meticulousness is reflected in the beautiful condo as you can tell pride of ownership during your stay.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend staying here for your next vacation. We had a great vacation! Love, The May Family

Well Appointed Vacation Waterfront Condo

LLoyds of fun has done an outstanding job of making this place feel like home. The condo was equipped with everything that a family needs for vacation! The place was clean, well maintained and offered a spacious floor plan that accomodated our family. The balcony was relaxing to sit on during the morning while drinking coffee and offered a wonderful view of the lake. We saw a pair of swans daily. The beach was sandy and the dock was perfect for our boat.

The owners were very accomodating and have done a good job of keeping you abreast of restaurants and activities. They were excellent in correspondance if questions needed an answer. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent experience!

Our family stayed here this past summer hand had an amazing time! First of all, the condo is very spacious and very clean and we had more than enough room for our family. My boys loved the bunk beds, the main level deck and the lower level walkout. The pictures don't to justice to the view and calming effect this lake has-none of us wanted to come home! The dock is real nice with your own boat slip, perfect for our boat! The lake is beautiful and the south arm is calmer than the north arm. Our boat ride was short to reach the main lake for excellent fishing! The condo is very close to many neighboring areas, such as Boyne City, downtown Charlevoix and Petoskey. The owners are fantastic to work with and answer all questions quickly. We are already planning another trip up here next year!
