Best value for quality and location in Siesta Key

  • 5 of 5

Our group of seven (three teens, four adults) were very happy with this townhouse. I rate it five stars for the perfect location (walking distance to the village and two blocks away from the beach) and amenities. There is one thing to note, however, that sleep quality was poor due to noisy neighbors (the adjoining house shares a wall and a rooftop balcony, which guests use in the middle of the night and is very noisy with footsteps over the master bedroom ceiling), the middle floor bedroom is very close to the kitchen and people have to walk into the bedroom to use that bathroom, and the downstairs room with twin beds is extremely noisy because the A/C unit is right outside, the elevator makes a lot of noise, and the plumbing water is also noisy when anyone uses a sink or flushes upstairs. So, if you come to this house (which I still highly recommend), bring your earplugs! Otherwise it was perfect!

It is beautiful and very convenient

  • 5 of 5

From start to finish the customer service was wonderful! The house was ideal for eight of us! It is convenient to everything and well taken care of. There were a couple of suggestions we had - bathroom off kitchen doesn't have any place to hang towels and there is no closet in that bedroom. There were no chairs on the balcony to sit on. In the listing it looked like there were two bedrooms with twin beds and when we got there we found only one so two of the kids had to sleep in the same bed. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we would definitely book again. Thank you!!

Excellent! Great amenities and clean!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay and the house was perfect for the eight of us. We had plenty of room and the rental agent was very attentive and friendly. The amenities such as rooftop terrace and elevator were awesome and the location was so convenient to the village and beach. This is a real gem and a great value!

Great property! Close to village and beach.

  • 5 of 5

This is a great property if you have a larger group. 3 block walk to Siesta Key Village and 2 blocks from the beach. Ideal if you want to walk off all the good food/drink you'll experience on your vacation. Property was clean and well maintained, providing all the amenities listed. We experienced a couple of minor repair issues, but the property managers were very responsive in getting them fixed. The beaches on Siesta Key are like flour and the water is warm. And Siesta Key Village is very family friendly, but offers some night life as well. I would definitely return to Siesta Key and this property in the future.

Nice place in a good location

  • 4 of 5

My friends and family came down for some spring training baseball. We decided to stay close to the beach on Siesta Key.

The townhouse was very nice. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop deck was an added bonus - where we had several happy hours during the week. The location of the townhouse was ideal walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Spring training stadiums were around a 30-minute drive from Siesta Key.

A few items could use some improvement. The TV in the living room had all the stations (including HD). The other bedrooms did not have cable. The bedroom on the bottom floor did not have a bathroom. There was no community bathroom on the second floor (had to go into the bedroom).

Overall, it was a great vacation. Definitely would recommend this townhouse.

Highly Recommend this Town House!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had an amazing time in Siesta Key. The town house was gorgeous. It had just about everything we needed for a perfect stay. The town house was very clean, comfortable and lots of room! There was only one thing I would have changed and that would be to have a TV with cable in each bedroom. There was only cable in the 2 master suites, one bedroom had a TV with a DVD player but no cable and one bedroom had no TV at all. Not a huge deal for the adults but for kids they really want their TV in the evening when it's time to settle down for the night.

It was literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and also close to Siesta Village. The beach was beautiful and we even had a manatee swim close to us at one point, so cool! We collected lots of pretty shells on the beaches. My children went parasailing with the Siesta Key Watersports and saw dolphins on the boat ride. They loved the whole trip. Highly recommend it!

Overall a great vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. :)
