Our SeaGull Estates home is next to the pool, clubhouse and tennis courts. The beach is 100 yards away and you will enjoy the benefits of SeaGull Estates' private beach access.

Charming cottage-style decor, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan allow the entire family to enjoy time together in comfort. There are windows galore in the house, making this a light, sun-filled home with beautiful views from every direction. A large screened-in lanai across the back of the house brings the outside in and overlooks a pond where you may see gopher tortoises or great herons. Off the lanai is a small sun room with a couch and desk. Your grandchildren will love watching TV or DVDs in privacy while the rest of the house remains quiet.

The house is elevated. At ground level under the house is a two-car garage with a storage shed containing 4 bicycles,6 beach chairs and other house supplies. On the main level of the house there is a large living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, front hall foyer, lanai, sun room and 2 bedrooms.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom on the main floor of the house has a queen bed; the second has two double beds. Upstairs is the large master suite, with a small balcony overlooking the pond, a walk in closet and a bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate area with shower and toilet.

This home is owned by two sisters. Our parents built the house in 1987 as their retirement dream home. Their children and 11 grandchildren have loved coming to Sanibel ever since.

SeaGull Estates is in a wonderful location. You will love the easy stroll to the beach, the bike trails in the surrounding areas and bird-watching from the back porch overlooking the pond. Favorite activities in the are include paddle boarding and kayaking at Tarpon Bay, walking and shelling on the beautiful beach and watching the sun set in the gulf.

What makes this house unique

Our house is located right next to the SeaGull Estates' heated pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. With such easy access, we have all the advantages of a large privately owned pool with none of the headaches.

The other homeowners in SeaGull Estates are wonderful, friendly neighbors, as anyone who has gone to one of the monthly Friday night cocktail parties at the Clubhouse can attest.

If you like to eat in, you will appreciate Bailey's grocery store a mile away. And if you are looking for good restaurants, our house is close to Traders, the Bean Coffee Shop, Timbers Grill and Bar and Over Easy to name just a few of our favorites.

Another Sanibel happy time

Our family enjoyed everything about our two weeks on Sanibel, love the fact that the house is directly next to the pool and tennis courts...and, of course, just a short trip down the path across the street to play in the sand and shell...Sanibel is one of my favorite places and we will return.

A perfect home in a perfect location!

Our family could not have been happier! The home is beautifully maintained and decorated, the screened in porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the afternoon and a great place to watch the rain when it came. Across the street from the beach and 4 steps from the pool it still had absolute privacy. One of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. Best place on Sanibel!

We had a fantastic vacation. One of my favorite moments was opening the door to the storage shed and finding everything imaginable for fun in the sun! The proximity to the pool and beach and the lack of crowds on the island made the place feel like our own!

Comfortable, beautiful and spacious home in a great location

Wonderful time spent at this lovely property on Sanibel island. 3 minute walk to a great beach via a private access path, also the closest house to the Estate shared swimming pool meant that the pool was only seconds away. Location brilliant, local supermarket a couple of minutes drive away and all the restaurants we ate in we're also within a 5 or 10 minute drive. Property owner Jane very helpfully provided a list of things to do, places to eat on the island which was great and also provided access to beach chairs, toys etc in the shed. It was our first time on Sanibel and this property helped to make it a wonderful stay and I hope we'll be back one day!

FLY AWAY WITH ME TO SEASGULL ESTATES!!

WORDS FAIL ME ON HOW WONDERFUL THIS HOUSE WAS. THE OWNERS ARE MARVELOUS TO WORK WITH. LOCATED RIGHT NEXT TO THE LARGE POOL WHICH THE GRANDKIDS LOVED. WE HAD IT MOST DAYS TO OURSELVES. THE PRIVATE PATH TO THE BEACH DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET WAS LIKE AN ENCHANTED RABBITS HOLE HIDDEN IN A ARCH OF GREENERY. IT TAKES NO MORE THAN A THREE MINUTE WALK TO THE OCEAN UNLESS YOU ARE LIKE ME AND WALK IN A MEANDERING STROLL TO ENJOY THE BREATH TAKING SCENERY AND LANDSCAPING. WE SPENT TIME ON THE TENNIS COURT WITH RACQUETS SUPPLIED BY THE OWNER. THE OWNER SUPPLIED BIKES SAVED US A FORTUNE IN RENTALS AND ALLOWED US TO EAT OUT MORE OFTEN. BEACH TOYS AND CHAIRS WERE ABUNDANT.

THE FLOORS ARE HARDWOOD AND THE HOUSE IS LIKE OLD FLORIDA WITH A MODERN TWIST. DECORATED WITH A DESIGNERS FLAIR.

IN SHORT ONE OF OUR BEST VACATIONS EVER. I WILL MISS GOING THERE THIS OCTOBER. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Perfect House!!! Perfect Destination!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful,spacious,well equipped house that is steps from the pool and just a few more steps from the beach.Mornings were often spent relaxing on the beautiful porch while watching gopher tortoise sunning themselves across the pond.The island is beautiful and the wildlife abundant.From the pool we could see a bald eagle perched in his nest.In the afternoon,we would load up the cooler and beach chairs on the beach cart-all provided-and take the short walk to the beach to watch the dolphin swim close to shore.The dolphins seemed to have a special swimming spot right in front of the private beach.The beach sunsets and stargazing are also spectacular.We really enjoyed exploring the island on the bikes that were provided by the owners.We also had a fantastic time paddle boarding with Yolo board adventures.This house was comfortable,loaded with amenities and had everything we needed.It was a great vacation in an amazing house and a great destination. We look forward to returning soon!
