Vieques, Puerto Rico, is a U.S. possession. As such, there are no passport or visa requirements, and access is easy via major carriers, with frequent, 18-minute connecting flights from San Juan.
The owner is the principal of Executive Media, Inc., a published author and host of B&Bs in Vieques, Puerto Rico, and Truro, Cape Cod.
