Recently Built Condo 3/2 OCEANVIEW CONDO on the 5th Floor. The Sanibel project was constructed in 2007/08 and is located adjacent to the 'no drive' / 'no cars' beach in Daytona Beach Shores. This luxury condo has been furnished with upgraded furniture, linens, towels, TV's and kitchen items. The unit features an open floor plan with over 1700 square feet of luxury living space. The living room has a 52' flat screen LCD TV. The kitchen features brand new state of the art black appliances with beautiful cabinetry, and granite countertops.
The condo has high-end tile and carpet throughout, a laundry room with a washer and dryer stacked unit, ceiling fans, and custom drapery. You have access to high speed WIFI internet so bring your laptop and sit out on the balcony and relax. Our unit includes all the comforts of home and is equipped with everything you need from silverware to upgraded linens.
The Master Suite has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to the balcony for an amazing ocean view. It has a king-size bed and a 42' flat screen LCD TV. The adjoining bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub with extra large tiled shower. There are double sinks with granite countertops, private toilet room and large walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen 32' LCD TV, large walk-in closet, with an exterior window with river views. The Third Bedroom is spacious as well, with a full bed AND a twin bed, a brand new 32' flat screen LCD TV, and views of the river.
There is a parking space in the garage near the elevator when you unload. There is additional parking in front of the building.
The building was built in 2007 so everything is clean and in working order; there are only 65 units in the building so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, full kitchen and bar, pool table, card tables and a flat screen TV. There is plenty to do including golf cart, ATV and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals across the street. There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south. Daytona has plenty of kid-friendly entertainment, shopping and restaurant options and everything is within walking distance or a short drive away.
You can watch the sunrise in the morning and watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the balcony or from inside the condo.

We live in Orlando and are very familiar with the Daytona Beach area. Once we decided to buy a condo in Daytona, we immediately identified Sanibel as one of the best condo projects due to its location adjacent to the 'no drive' beach and quality of the construction & interior build out. Sanibel is a brand new (built 2007) oceanfront building in a great location. It is a few blocks south of the Port Orange bridge, near many good restaurants, the Daytona Beach Speedway, and only an hour from the Orlando attractions, Kennedy Space Center, and historic St. Augustine. Sanibel features resort style amenities, with an oceanfront pool and hot tub, state of the art fitness room, and billiard room with card tables. This location is South of Dunlawton, which is the quieter part of Daytona.
Sanibel features a beachfront pool w/ hot tub, walkway to the beach, clubhouse with pool table, kitchen, TV, poker table, and also a workout room. Sanibel features a gated underground garage with direct access to the beach/pool and lobby elevators. Each unit has it own separate outside storage area, perfect for storing beach chairs, toys, surfboards, and coolers.
