This property sleeps 8+ with a large master bedroom, with a 47" LED HDTV and Blu-ray Player and attached large master bathroom, one guest room with a queen bed and large walk-in closet, the other guest room includes two twin beds - both rooms down the hall from a full bathroom. A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor living area where an upstairs office converts to a private bedroom with a queen-sized Murphy bed and offers a spectacular view to wake up to.
Upstairs, a large gourmet kitchen has all the amenities needed for family dining (table seats 8) and includes an island for cooking, counter seating for 3-4, a refrigerator with filtered water/ ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, six burner gas stove top and oven.
The living room and family room have cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplaces, and sweeping ocean views. The family room has a 42"' Plasma HDTV and twin doors that open out to the front deck where you can enjoy the ocean breeze.
The house has High speed Wireless Internet access, and a private fenced in Back Yard, with a deck. The driveway can accommodate up to four cars.

Amazing sunsets year round! Close to downtown Half Moon Bay restaurants and shopping; thirty minutes to downtown San Francisco. Forty five minutes to Silicon Valley, San Jose, or Santa Cruz; a short drive to Monterey, Carmel or the Wine Country. The Half Moon Bay Art Festival is a must do every October.
What a great house to accommodate our college girls weekend reunion! We loved the location for long walks along the shore. Convenient to be at the end of the street for multiple cars to park. We spent a nice day in HMB and Pescadera (SP?) and had some amazing dinners at Mezzaluna and Its Italia! We would definately return!!

Our family had a great visit to this beautiful home. The view are spectacular. The house if very large and well kept. We rented bikes nearby an enjoyed the coastal trail. HMB has many great restaurants but we found ourselves not wanting to leave the house. The sunsets were amazing from the rooftop deck. We will definitely return.
