This corner suite located on the 7th floor in a secured building accessed by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a full gym and patio located on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, in the heart of Yaletown/Downtown and walking distance to Pacific Centre, steps to Robson Street, the Theatres and Clubs. David Lam Park and Seawall are 9 blocks away. Short walk to Yaletown's Trendy cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Starbucks, Blenz's and the local transit is less than1 minute from the front door, the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station is 2 very short blocks away within a 5 minute walk that will take you to the Airport. It's also an easy stroll to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island for fresh food shopping at the public market. For your comfort the unit also has a portable air conditioning unit.

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25.

Highly recommend this stay! Very clean and lavish accomodation

The hosts provided every last detail to make this an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very very clean apt. Cannot ask for a better location, walking distance to everything. The hosts was very friendly and knowledgable and provided many option on how best to explore the city. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to a future stay! Thanks again!

Excellent in every way

The property is located in the heart of town and is within walking distance to all places of interest , pubs and restaurants. The apartment is absolutely wonderful , bright , clean , modern and fresh. Kitchen is well appointed. Edgar met us on arrival and was extremely helpful . We are off to do a drive around the Rockies and will return back here in eight days . Cheers Mike

So difficult to leave!!

PERFECT location, beautiful bright corner apartment, super clean, comfortable bed, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, good water pressure, strong wifi, balcony with a great view, helpful host! A bit noisy, we had to close the balcony door at night. Otherwise, just a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!

A welcoming and convenient place to stay

I first have to say how welcoming and informative Edgar was upon our arrival. His advice came in very handy. The rental was also a great place to stay. Our only wish is that we should have planned to stay a few more days. We enjoyed the little bit of Vancouver that we experienced, and enough to plan on returning and staying at the same place. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
