This corner suite located on the 7th floor in a secured building accessed by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a full gym and patio located on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, in the heart of Yaletown/Downtown and walking distance to Pacific Centre, steps to Robson Street, the Theatres and Clubs. David Lam Park and Seawall are 9 blocks away. Short walk to Yaletown's Trendy cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Starbucks, Blenz's and the local transit is less than1 minute from the front door, the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station is 2 very short blocks away within a 5 minute walk that will take you to the Airport. It's also an easy stroll to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island for fresh food shopping at the public market. For your comfort the unit also has a portable air conditioning unit.

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25.

Great Apartment.

We have been staying in Edgar's apartment for several years and love the location. It is close to all of the best shopping and super restaurants are nearby. The apartment is always neat and tidy and Edgar is a wonderful host. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great location and a well appointed apartment

This adorable apartment was perfectly located for our 3-night pre-cruise stay. What impressed me most was that the furnishings, linens, and kitchen supplies were all of high quality and more than adequate quantity. I could have cooked a dinner for a group of ten people and not lacked a single piece of cookware or kitchen gadgets or anything necessary to serve the meal. Edgar was responsive and helpful and gave us some good tips for our visit. Lots of shopping and restaurants were nearby. All in all we enjoyed our time in Vancouver and we were very pleased with our stay in this apartment.

Great location in downtown Vancouver and is near the train station for the Canada Line/SkyTrain to/from the airport. Plenty of space for two people and lots of useful appliances (e.g. washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, etc). The apartment is very clean and well kept. There are lots of supplies stocked in the cupboards (e.g. cleaning products, loo roll, etc). The apartment seems very secure - two sets of keyfob access doors and a keyfob is needed in order to get the elevator. Edgar is absolutely brilliant and goes out of his way to help. He let us drop-off our bags a couple of hours before check-in and leave them in the apartment after check-out until we needed to get our flight home. Edgar spent about an hour showing us the map of Vancouver, suggesting things to do and explaining the best way of getting around the city. His recommendations turned out to be great. He even keeps a stock of vouchers, maps and guides in the apartment which were really useful. We would certainly return to this apartment if we return to Vancouver.

Very good experience.

The apartment is in a very good location, was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer and dryer. Edgar was a stellar host, providing us with lots of information about the city, where to go and what to see. We were very happy with our accomodations and highly recommend this property.

Perfect Vancouver Getaway

Our family of four spent one night in Vancouver and Edgar was the perfect host and had the perfect apartment for us. The location was great, centrally located and in walking distance from all of the downtown restaurants and bars. We felt very safe walking around day or night. We were also very close to Stanley Park which was absolutely beautiful. The apartment was extremely clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have our own parking spot in the garage under the building. Edgar was a superb host, escorting us up to the apartment and making sure we had everything we needed. He was very friendly and available at all times. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others looking for a fun time in Vancouver.
