The elevated 1st floor corner unit has new owners and a fabulous new electronics package. Secure wireless high speed internet, a 46 inch HDTV in the lounge area and 32 inch HDTVs in each bedroom all featuring wireless Blu-Ray players for entertainment streaming during those relaxing indoor moments. Enjoy a meal or refreshing beverage on the large screened lanai while watching the lightly breaking waves, seabirds, and beachcombers. You can prepare that meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area with table for 6 and the adjoining lounge area are perfect for kicking back to watch a movie, play games, or curl up with a good book. While all the public areas and baths are tile the bedrooms feature carpeted floors. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath containing a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to the second bath with tub/shower combination. A pocket door to the main living area can be closed to turn this into a second private suite. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the lounge along with book library, games, and puzzles. The unit comes with fresh linens and towels plus a high efficiency washer an dryer for your use.

Tarpon Beach is a small 30 unit community with heated swimming pool, tennis court, elevators, and a short stroll down the boardwalk to the beautiful, natural Sanibel World Famous shelling beaches. The entire complex features amazing full gulf views.
Sanibel Island is a barrier island located on the southwest coast of Florida just off Fort Myers. Sanibel Island is about 12 miles long and 4 miles wide and is famous for its shelling beaches. There are over 60 species of shells to be found on Sanibel beaches. Sanibel Island's unique geographical orientation, lying perpendicular to the mainland rather than the normal horizontal orientation makes the island act as a scoop as the Gulf of Mexico tides deposit shells along it's white sandy beaches. Sanibel consistently ranks as one of the best shelling beaches in the world. Sanibel Island is special in so many ways. 70% of the island is protected in wildlife preserves. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge offers an opportunity to drive, bike, or walk through the many habitats of the island. Sanibel Island also strives to keep Sanibel, Sanibel. There are no high rises or fast food chains to be found on this little gem. Sanibel Island does however greet it's guests with excellent experiences at dozens of locally owned eateries, groceries, bustling local businesses, and friendly residents. Sanibel is a shopper's delight with many boutique shops and galleries. Sanibel Island provides over 26 miles of bike trails and over 17 miles of beaches for walking, shelling, sunning, kite flying, and swimming. Other outdoor activities include tennis, golf, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, and parasailing.

Tarpon Beach Condominiums just felt like home. It is a small 30 property with direct Gulf views sitting on several acres of Gulf front property. Being on the corner we have all the light and openness we love. The lanai gives us an outdoor space to enjoy the sounds, sights and smell of the beach. Morning and Sunset beach walks are the absolute best. --a tradition for us and the beach is only a few steps away. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature abounding on the island.
Hi Carla, I wanted to let you know that we had a very good time this week and really enjoyed the stay in your unit. It is very nice and everything was clean and bright when we arrived, and the unit was everything advertised. Having stayed at Tarpon Beach for many years, we have a very good perspective of a couple of other units and yours is one of the best. We would definitely consider coming back next year to your rental.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks on Sanibel. The condo was even better in person than shown in the pictures. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed (without a doubt the most completely equipped of any condo I have ever stayed in), the lanai was large and perfectly situated for taking in the beautiful sunsets, the location relative to everything on the island was ideal and the parking was extremely convenient. I could go on and on, but I will just say that I would not have changed anything!
I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was even better in person. A phenomenal location on the island, just a short stroll to the beach, close to restaurants and stores, the beach was not crowded at all, and the shells.....unbelievable. I had to buy a carry-on for the big horse conchs we found! The only down side was we had to leave!! My daughter stated "Best beach vacation EVER Dad"....we will definitely be back next year. Thanks so much Carla for sharing this gem with us.
The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Royal Shell was most helpful/responsive to our contacts. Tarpon Beach was very well located for us, this being our first visit to the area and played a large part in our favorable feelings. Unfortunately we likely will not stay there next year as we will be needing three bedrooms but we do highly recommend it.
This condo was all we thought it would be, and more. It was clean, and well maintained. The photos are accurate, showing the overall appearance. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. We would recommend this property to friends and relatives. Thank you Carla, and thank you Royal Shell.

The above rates are base rates and do not include 11% Florida tax OR reservation fee of $38.85. We also require a security deposit in the amount of $200.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) which is returned to you 4 to 5 weeks after departure, assuming no damages or additional charges to the unit.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation at any time, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. The reservation fee is always non-refundable. If you cancel within 90 days prior to arrival, you can lose all of the money you have put down, including final payment once paid, unless we are able to rebook the unit for the full term of your stay (same dates for the same rate).
