Great location, great price, nice and sunny.
We spent a long weekend here in March and were very pleased with our choice. The location is great, just a quick crosswalk to public beach access. The condo was clean, airy and sunny, with a wonderful patio to enjoy an evening drink. There's a view of the beach, although partially obstructed by high rises, but - again - cross the street to the beach for great sunset views. The tennis courts and pool are well maintained and there's a nice area with cafe tables to enjoy a morning cup of coffee in the sunshine.
Be prepared for traffic noise and thin walls in the complex, but great value for the price.
Also, be forwarned that property management has a plethora of terse signs and notices using ALL CAPS to ensure that you comply with basic principles decent people should follow. You WILL feel shouted at.
Thanks for you kind words about our vacation home. We also love the location and relaxing on the lanai in the evening.
So upset hate this place do not rent!!!
I'm not sure why my post will look out of the norm here in regards to this unit. It's clean, but extremely out dated. My husband has just spent 30 minutes trying to get an extra sheet to stay over the window so the light in the bedroom doesn't shine through all night. The window has cheap faux blinds on it and with it facing the elevator with at least three bright lights shining in you dont know if it's day or night and I was up all night last night. This is the beginning of our honeymoon and I've been so upset over the mattress being so uncomfortable I can feel the springs thats how old it is. Not to mention the furniture is out of 1980 with a platform headboard that I hit my head on yesterday. I called the emergency number to ask them to possibly turn off the outside lights directly outside the window 4 hours later they called back only to tell me they had no idea what was possible until tomorrow. For those wondering how it could be an emergency, I have an illness that effects me badly should I not get proper rest. The pool is freezing and in a parking lot with a very loud filter running constantly. Please do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else if you want a nice vacation. This is the first negative review I've ever had to give and sad it's at the start of our honeymoon.
I am sitting in our vacation home as I respond to this review. As you may notice I have never had a negative review of our vacation home and this is very concerning to me.
It was mentioned that light was coming into the bedroom. It may be that it was not noticed that there is a room darkening shade behind the blinds.
It is also mentioned that the renter found the mattress to be uncomfortable. I slept on it last night and prefer it to the mattress I have in my Indiana home. We all have different preferences but I have never had a negative comment until now.
The pictures of our unit on VRBO are accurate except for a new sofa bed and flat screen TVs.
I spoke with our condominium maintenance man about the temperature of the pool and he said the pool heaters were not turned on until this week. I was not aware of this problem.
There is also no mention of my partial remuneration for the one week stay in our vacation home.
Over the years we have continued to make improvements to our unit and because of that we have had many repeat visitors.
This condo and our time at Marco Island was exactly as described! The pictures are spot on to the beautiful condo and area! This condo was clean, warm and felt like "home"- very safe! It is well kept and everything was in working order! You can indeed see the gulf from the balcony and it was lovely to sit out on, in the early mornings or breezy evenings!! The owner was so helpful and gave us suggestions for places to eat and see! I wouldn't hesitate to return again!
A Wonderful First Experience on Marco!
My daughter and I just returned home from a wonderful 8 days on Marco Island. The condo was honestly better than expected and the pictures, while great, don't do it justice! We found everything we needed to feel safe, comfortable and at home. The ocean view is lovely and the stretch of beach right across the street even better. The property's representative was professional and there if we had a question or request. My daughter became ill towards the end of the vacation and she really helped us out with our departure time. She also suggested a great restaurant our first night, which we ended up eating at twice! The property owner was always warm and caring in our communications. You really will be hard pressed to find a better unit, view and price so close to the ocean. Very quiet, which was heavenly. We'd recommend and will return to this unit should we visit Marco again. The time went by much too quickly! One suggestion- get one of the free Marco Island magazines as soon as you arrive, we wish we'd gotten this sooner. Many coupons and suggestions for things to do. The Everglades is close, as is Miami. But just resting in the adorable condo is reason enough to go. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
Thanks for your kind words about your visit to our condo on Marco Island. We are very pleased that you enjoyed our special vacation home. We would certainly welcome your return visit if that fits your plans in the future.

We had a great time staying in this condo. The location is great and the condo is very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our two weeks on Marco Island. I would highly recommend this to my family and friends. The beach is beautiful and great for collecting shells. We hope to be back again soon.
Another week in paradise!
This was my wife and my second stay in your excellent condo. It was even better than the first since we know the island better now! The condo itself is just teriffic! It's clean and roomy, well-appointed, and has absolutely beautiful views from the lanai, day and night. The cable TV provided plenty of entertainment in the evenings, and the free beach path that put us right in the middle of Marco Island's white sand beach is unbeatable; the free path is even better located than the $8 parking lots which are towards the ends of the beach! We ate at Quinns on the Beach this time around which is a really neat experience too - watching the wild birds snatch french fries away from unsuspecting diners was hilarious. Overall, it was just a lot of fun, and your condo was central to everything we did. Thanks again - we're already thinking about it for next year if it's available!
