Spacious top floor ski in, ski out slopeside charming condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and NO common walls. This standalone condo feels like a small single family home. Overlooks the Sawmill Creek and the Four O'clock ski run. Sunny and bright w/ vaulted ceilings, tons of windows & plenty of storage. Prime ski location that's very open and bright ! The 4 O'Clock Lodge condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road, 200 feet from the Snowflake double chairlift and 2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge. There are other Peak 9 lifts within 2 blocks as well.

This condo has a very open layout, and excellent mountain views. Great privacy; very peaceful after a great day skiing! New living room furniture and a recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen make the condo feel like a home away from home! Also has recently renovated hot tubs and pool, including inside pool for the winter months. A great getaway!

This vacation getaway is truly unique. It is a very spacious, bright, open condo in a nice intimate complex, and yet it is right next to one of the lifts for Peak 9. Even better, it shares no common walls so it is like a small home - very quiet and peaceful. There are also great mountain views and a creek babbling right off the balcony. The pool and hot tubs are recently renovated, with part of the pool inside for use in the winter months. All in all, an ideal getaway for winter or summer!

What makes this condo unique

Very nice unit with excellent mountain views, and also overlooks a running creek. No common walls. Recently renovated pool and hot tub. Ski in, ski out. 2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge.

perfect spot!

Loved it. We will come back, it was the perfect get away. We enjoyed the trails that start right on that property and especially loved watching and listening to the stream from the balcony!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

The condo had everything we needed to have a home-away-from-home and the perfect location to escape into the adventure land of Summit County. The babbling creek below the back deck was a delightful natural sound. The accommodations were perfect for recovering from our many biking and hiking outings. We will be back.

Great location and place for family with kids

We stayed here with three boys all under the age of 6. They enjoyed the loft as though it was their own exclusive tree house. The other nice thing was that you don't share any walls with neighbors. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware to make meals and save a few bucks. Never had any issues with not having a parking space in the lot. Enjoyed sitting on the deck checking out the views and hearing the creek that runs below. Would stay here again.

Nice place!

A lot of beds, ski in/out, and not too expensive were what me and 3 friends were looking for and this place delivered. There are a couple flights of stairs to go up and down, but there is an outdoor storage locker for equipment. We added a wife for the last two nights. Another adult and it would have started to get tight in there. Mike was easy to reach, thanks!

Excellent location!!! Lovely condo

We loved staying at Mike's property!! You could literally ski to the bank for, and the walk to the Snowflake lift is 2 minutes up the road, you can see it from the front parking!! Great condo, everything you need, including a crock pot!!! We made chili and skied down for lunch to save $$. Kindom Sports rented skis for less than 100/person/week. Highly recommend them!!

We will definitely stay here again!! Walking distance to town as well!!!!
