Truly the best of both worlds!

  • 5 of 5

We loved this house and Woodstock! The house was very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for our family of 4- two adults and two young children. We really enjoyed relaxing on the covered porch taking in the beautiful views and watching deer in the yard. The pool is great and the kids loved it. We really loved that all of this quiet relaxation was just steps from Woodstock where we enjoyed great meals and shopping. All of our questions were answered promptly by our wonderful hosts. Great place- we look forward to coming back!

Great Spot in the Middle of Woodstock

  • 5 of 5

We had a very pleasant stay in Judy's home in Woodstock. It is very centrally located and walking distance to just about anything you would want to do in town. It is also very easy to get to many of the outdoor activities in the area and simply a great base to explore the region.

The home is very cozy and quiet with the added benefit of private parking off the street. The fireplace was a nice plus to come home to on a cold winter night.

Thanks again for helping us have a wonderful weekend in Woodstock!

Easy and nice

  • 5 of 5

Really loved the house and the location is amazing. Everything was easy, clean etc. the place isn't amazing for dogs as it's close to the road and not fenced in, but there's an amazing park for dogs (comeau) close by so wasn't really a problem. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The home was so clean, comfortable ,close to all !

  • 5 of 5

Both Jill , who helped me when I couldn't get my payment to process , and Judy who was on premise upstairs , helped me with thermostat. The experience was so easy ! There was a coffee pot and coffee , tea etc....

I felt as if I was in my own country home. Close to all restaurant s , shopping , everything ! I came alone with my 2 dogs and they had a ball playing in the backyard . I enjoyed the view of mountains ,deer , rabbits in the daylight and the stars seemed so close you could almost touch them in the evening .

Was here as leaves turned and chill in the air but the back porch with pews and comfortable furniture must be great in warmer weather. Bar b que , table and candles!

Would come back here again. Ate in " Joshua " food great . " Shindig "for breakfast . Wonderful and kind proprietor s. All around !

Thanks for a great experience!

A true gem in the heart of Woodstock

  • 5 of 5

My family and I spent a long weekend in Woodstock in October, and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. The location of the house is perfect -- literally right in the heart of town, but situated in a way that provides a beautiful view of the mountains. Once you reach the end of the driveway, town fades away and nature takes over. We were greeted by wind chimes and a huge porch, and then entered a truly welcoming, cozy space. The bedrooms provide ample room, and the living area is perfect for relaxing after long hikes (or a big meal). We loved the fireplace and made good use of the gas grill on the deck, as well. The deer and chipmunks who dropped by were especially appealing to our son. We wouldn't change a thing (except perhaps staying longer next time...), and we hope to visit again when the weather is warm enough to use the pool. Simply wonderful.

We loved it!

  • 5 of 5

My three girlfriends and I decided to go to Woodstock for a quick weekend away. As soon as we walked into this home we started planning our stay for next year. The house really is in the perfect location and exactly as described. We felt comfortable and cozy and both Jill and Judy were a pleasure to communicate with. Definitely recommend a stay here!
