Our sunny two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six. This is a smoke free unit with free WiFi throughout. There is even under ground parking for your vehicle.
The condo features a great room with comfortable modular seating and a wood burning fire stove, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area that can seat up to 10 and a quiet alcove for reading. There are family oriented games and videos if the television has nothing you are interested in. The main deck has views of Mammoth Rock and the Sherwins- an awesome spot for lunch on a warm day or after activities cocktails. The second bedroom has another private deck.
There is a master suite with a Cal king bed and an en suite bathroom with a full sized bathtub. A large bureau and a closet will store all your stuff out of the way and a flat screen tv and dvd player are there as well.
Our other bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, a tv/dvd and its own deck. The main bathroom has a separate wc/shower from the powder room.
Guests have one spot in the garage reserved just for your vehicle. A second can be parked in an unnumbered spot but no more than two vehicles, please. The free shuttle stops right outside our building about every thirty minutes.
Our common area has many amenities: dry sauna, spa, showers, changing areas, a pay-to-play pool table, wifi, large tv, coin op washers/dryers and, in the summer, a tennis court and bike racks.
Mammoth is a great year round vacation destination. Stay with us and see why our home is one of the best and most convenient in town.

I am a retired teacher who loves to spend time in Mammoth. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places. My main residence is in southern Orange County - the best of two worlds
Lynna Youngerman purchased this condo in 1994
Our family purchased the condo because we were spending at least two weeks a year here and were looking forward to spending tons more time without mooching off of our friends who owned other properties. We love the area and keep finding more fun things to do here.
Snow covered peaks, fresh air, awesome downhill trails and beautiful lakes are all waiting to be discovered. A favorite day: Wake up, get coffee, go for a walk, grab breakfast and you are set for biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, tennis, offloading, sightseeing or shopping and lunch.....whatever. The afternoon is to finish what you started in the morning. After any of the above activities jacuzzi and sauna or a relaxing massage followed by dinner at Nevado's or another of the fine dining places in town, and then a great night's sleep in the mountain air. Repeat the next day.
Liked everything about this unit. Hard to find a better value at Mammoth for two couples. Bus to godola, right out front. Parking was excellent, with enough clearance for our Outlander with a ski box on top. Ski locker close to parking spot.
After booking unit, owner kept in contact even sending discount pass information. Owner works hard to make sure you have everything you need including local information.
Had one incident where the neighbours did a poor job of starting a fire and set off the smoke alarm. Matter quickly resolved by cond owners daughter, who also lives in building.
Took an after ski drive to Wild Willie's hot springs. As with most wild hot springs a very bohemian experience. Lots of friendly interesting people there. Well worth the drive and hike. Bring thongs or sandals. and extra towels.
Two frugal foreign couples found this unit to be an excellent value and we could ask for nothing more. (except more towels :)
I have been to Mammoth many many times. And I have to say, this condo is the best location for skiing and snowboarding. Plus we could just walk to the Village which was lots of fun. The condo is very clean, has everything you need for cooking and great parking spot too. The reading nook was a favorite by my husband and daughter who love to read. Thank you Lynna!
Had a great 3 day weekend with girlfriends, condo was cozy and comfortable. Loads of hiking near by, walking distance to The Village. Looking forward top going back during ski season.
We stayed here twice last year and returned, and hope to return every year! It is a wonderful condo and the owner is even more wonderful to deal with. See review below for more of the great details.
The condo is always in excellent condition. Everything is provided for our needs and the managment company is extremely responsive. We love how close the condo is the not only the village but also to Canyon Lodge. Once we arrive we rarely need to use our car. The blue lines location right outside the parking structure is perfect for getting around town and to all the ski lifts. We have been going to Mammoth for over 30 years and we now get to share our love for Mammoth with our children.
What a wonderful apartment! Everything as promised and more - many hotel-like amenities, such as travel toiletries provided, with all the conveniences of home. We have two daughters and each bedroom & bathroom were on opposite sides of the main living area allowing them to have their side and us to have ours. Well heated and the apartment always stayed warm even when it got down to 10 at night, Very spacious with underground parking and only 2 minutes from the slopes. Very clean and well kept and organized. Whenever we had questions the owner always responded promptly. Highly recommended!!!
Walking distance to the Village with shopping and restaurants. Shuttle stop outside with free transportation to the slopes and town.
