House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)
Beautiful beach house newly remodeled. 32 ft ceiling with large light-inviting windows. Three bedrooms, each decorated in a different theme. One bedroom is decorated in a surfing motif with tiki lights strung overhead, one bedroom is a cottage with white bead-board furniture and the master is a twilight periwinkle blue with all white bedding, perfect for relaxing. The living room features all the comforts of home. Dining table expands to seat extra guests. Outdoor brick patio includes built in fire pit for those evenings roasting hot dogs, making s'mores, and watching the stars above. The two person hammock is ideal for snuggling with your loved one or curling up with a good book.
The beach awaits you after a quick one block stroll. You will then be able to enjoy an uninterrupted 3-mile walk all the way to Oceanside. Oceanside features surfing, cliffs and cave exploration and of course, the world famous (thanks to Adam Richmond of Man VS Food) Roseann's Cafe. You can end your evening sitting on the outdoor deck of Schooner's Restaurant, listening to live music. And just in case you have a spirit too many, Schooners is a one block walk to our home!
The tiny town of Netarts is located near the mouth of Netarts Bay. The bay is inhabited by clams, fish, seals, crabs, colorful starfish and birds of astounding variety. Netarts is located about 75 miles west of Portland (6 miles west of Tillamook and the Tillamook Cheese Factory) and is right on the famous "Three Capes Scenic Loop". By car, Netarts is less than an hour and a half from Portland or Salem. Also, just minutes from Sand Lake.

After my career of 17 years in law enforcement, I've started a new venture into becoming a real estate agent. My family, includes 2 boys &, 2 dogs also enjoy our beach house.
Owner purchased this House in 2007
Why Owner chose Netarts
In early 2000 my parents passed away and I inherited my family built home from 1976. My husband and I fully remodeled this well loved home and enjoy blessing others with it. We actually refer to my beach house as the "house of blessing".
What makes this House unique
The one block walk to the beach is wonderful. Plus the 3 mile walk along the beach right into the cute little town of Oceanside is one our favorite things to do. Exploring the tide pools, finding sea creatures and looking for shells is a great adventure we love too! We love to eat ice cream at the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Listening to live music at Schooner's Restaurant, only a block away, is perfect for late night adult fun.

Great fit for what we needed.
This house was a just what we needed for this trip. It was in a central location for all of the things we wanted to do. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything that we needed except for a pitcher. It was fun to have a fire one night and make s'mores. The only thing was we couldn't find the blow up beds that were advertised and one of our party had to sleep on the couch which was comfortable but a bit narrow to sleep on. The only other thing was it would have been nice to have towel racks in the bathroom. Overall though, it was great! Thank you for letting us stay!
Thank you so much Melissa for being our guest and writing a review. Sometimes things go missing to sticky fingers or they wear out. We did have a pitcher and the blow up beds. I will replace the pitcher and the brand new sectional couch actually has a queen size pull out bed! Much better than a blow up mattress.
Again, thank you for writing a kind review and for being our guests!!
Very comfortable ..lovely lil town
Very cozy, best beds i think I've had at a rental including the sleeper sofa. Upstairs bar and grill was great, friendly folks, good walks nearby..
Great little get away
The house is so beautiful, thank you so much for opening your home to us ❤️
Celebrating Moments with Family
Where to go when out-of-state family are visiting Portland for three days? Netarts! This house was perfect for our overnight tour. Dinner in Oceanside, breakfast at the house, tour of the Tillamook Cheese Factory and lunch in Cannon Beach before heading back to Portland. Was a quick trip but filled with memories.
Centrally located for what we wanted..went for the eclipse
The house was clean, but needs some tlc.. all outlets in bathrooms (both) did not work, bathtub drained slow, light and fan in main room did not work. Every drawer was filled with linen, more than needed..gave no room for our clothes, even closets were full. Kitchen well stocked, but no place for any of our food.. lots of family personnel stuff around house, including pictures and clothing . I had to call and get code number and directions, was never contacted prior.
