This unit has expanded sleeping options to include sofa queen sleeper, built-in twin bunk beds, and a bedroom with a king bed – unit will comfortably sleep 6 total.

Enjoy the sunrise view from your private balcony and the warm breeze of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a fully equipped condominium with state of art appliances, 2 LCD TV. Includes FREE high speed internet connections and FREE local/long distance calls. Travertine floor, tub surround, and granite tops. These amenities will make your stay comfortable for business and pleasure.

Seascape is a gated and twenty four hour security guard staffed private complex. Once inside there is no need to maneuver across busy roads to access the beach. You can easily walk to the beach for fun or stop to enjoy the heated pool, two jacuzzis, kiddy pool, or outdoor grill pavillon area at the property.

Close proximity to fine dining, antiquing, shopping, fishing pier, historic architecture tours, museums, golf, as well as arts and entertainment venues (for example Pleasure Pier, Moody Garden, and Schlitterbahn water park).

Why Maria Madigan chose Texas Gulf Coast

We chose to purchase this vacation rental primarily because of it's location on the beach. The fact that my family doesn't have to walk across seawall blvd to be able to enjoy the beach is a big deal for my wife.

Also, its proximity to our home, familiarity with Galveston, and its proximity to family in Houston Texas.

What makes this condo unique

We love the heated pool, jacuzzis, the beach, kite flying and our daughter loves building sand castle.

Hello, we made it back safely from Galveston and I wanted to say that we really enjoyed staying in your condo. I'd say pretty much everything worked out great.

We took advantage of the boogie board and lawn chairs in the closet! We never visited the pool, however, as we didn't have time and visited the beach instead.

The beds and couches were very comfortable. The microwave and oven range worked extremely well! The location was ideal as it was in a quieter location on the island, yet only a few miles from the most of the shops and restaurants. The view was perfect. Overall, we'd definitely consider renting your condo again for future trips to Galveston.

Such a great rental! Renting directly from the owner was so easy. She is so wonderful to do business with! Now, for your condo with pool, private beach just steps away over the gated access and minutes away from most entertainment or eating destinations once your out of the water. The condo is a gorgeous, 1bedroom but all the space is utilized to make it work. 6 people sleep easilY. 2on the king, 2 on the twin bunks and 2 on the Queen sleeper sofa. Great views from the living and dining area and the balcony. We love this place. The kids have asked if she would sell it to our family!! Haha. Great deal for the money!

Excellent Location. Very Nice Condo

The location was very good. The condo is situated a mile from the main tourist zone, which eliminated most of the traffic.. The access to the beach was convenient and only required crossing the sand dunes. The condo was small but nicely furnished and greatly added to the enjoyment of the trip. I highly recommend this location and will return during future trips

Great Time At The Beach!

This was our first time taking a family trip and the seaweed the year we went was unbearable and disgusting. Signs everywhere indicated that it was very unusual, but we still made the best of it. We drove down to the public beach area as they were being professionally cleaned of the seaweed. It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy a quick walk down to the beach vs drive, but it was all mother natures creation. The condo was great. It was small, but the owner has made the best use of the space possible and a great job doing it! We never needed anything, everything was provided. The washer on the property was broken which was a bummer considering all of the seaweed, but not the owners fault. All in all, I would come back again and would select this condo again based on the excellent customer service from Maria. Thanks!

Great condo!

First things first… this is a great place to stay in Galveston, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Maria was great to deal with in reserving the condo and providing any info we asked for. The condo is clean and well-furnished, if a little bit on the small side, and sits in a great spot on the island. You absolutely cannot beat the direct beach access, or not having to cross busy Seawall Blvd. That was one of my primary requirements in choosing a condo to rent, and it was the best part of the whole experience.

The location, which is on the far south side of the island away from the crowds, also offers a bit more seclusion on the beach than some other spots. The large hotel to the north juts out into the water and effectively blocks off the beach to the left, limiting the traffic. We were down there half a dozen times, and there were never more than 8-10 people within a couple hundred yards of us. Granted, this was in October, not high season. But we were very happy with the amount of beach we were able to use.

The pool was very nice, also not crowded. There were two hot tubs, including a shallow one just for kids. Great idea. The building, location and facilities were pretty much everything you could ask for.

The one small complaint I have is that the photos from the patio don’t depict your actual view very well. The view to the beach is partially obstructed by the condominium offices, which are brightly lit at night. You can still see the beach and you can see the waves come in. But you have to look around some stuff and through some stuff. It definitely would not keep me from renting here again, but I think the photos should show the actual view instead of zooming past the obstructions.

Again, that’s not a deal killer. This was a very nice condo and an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely come back. Thanks, Maria!

On the Beach

I love this condo. It's so convenient for everything. It's right on the beach, it has a great pool and it's just a short drive to all of Galveston's tourist attractions. The condo is beautifully done and very comfortable and it has everything you could possibly need. I love that you can see the beach view from the front door. I hope to stay here again and again. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Love the condo

After staying at this condo, I will never stay at a hotel again. We really enjoyed the kitchen (cooked breakfast every morning), the balcony. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. We'd definitely come back again next time we're in Galveston.
