This unit has expanded sleeping options to include sofa queen sleeper, built-in twin bunk beds, and a bedroom with a king bed – unit will comfortably sleep 6 total.

Enjoy the sunrise view from your private balcony and the warm breeze of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a fully equipped condominium with state of art appliances, 2 LCD TV. Includes FREE high speed internet connections and FREE local/long distance calls. Travertine floor, tub surround, and granite tops. These amenities will make your stay comfortable for business and pleasure.

Seascape is a gated and twenty four hour security guard staffed private complex. Once inside there is no need to maneuver across busy roads to access the beach. You can easily walk to the beach for fun or stop to enjoy the heated pool, two jacuzzis, kiddy pool, or outdoor grill pavillon area at the property.

Why Maria Madigan chose Texas Gulf Coast

We chose to purchase this vacation rental primarily because of it's location on the beach. The fact that my family doesn't have to walk across seawall blvd to be able to enjoy the beach is a big deal for my wife.

Also, its proximity to our home, familiarity with Galveston, and its proximity to family in Houston Texas.

What makes this condo unique

We love the heated pool, jacuzzis, the beach, kite flying and our daughter loves building sand castle.

Hello, we made it back safely from Galveston and I wanted to say that we really enjoyed staying in your condo. I'd say pretty much everything worked out great.

We took advantage of the boogie board and lawn chairs in the closet! We never visited the pool, however, as we didn't have time and visited the beach instead.

The beds and couches were very comfortable. The microwave and oven range worked extremely well! The location was ideal as it was in a quieter location on the island, yet only a few miles from the most of the shops and restaurants. The view was perfect. Overall, we'd definitely consider renting your condo again for future trips to Galveston.

Nice Condo on the Beach

We stayed here in April, the condo is small but fine for our family of 3. My son really liked the bunk bed. The condo has full kitchen and there is a Kroger not far to get groceries if you need to. The location is good, quick drive to restaurants and attractions in Galveston. Our first few days were on the cooler side but the condo has a pool (heated) and hot tub. You do need to bring your own beach towels, we didn't know this prior so it was a quick cold run back to the room for me. We did get a nice warm day so we did go to the beach which was nice. There is a code to access the pool and beach area. The owner provides all this information in detail which is nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, close to beach!!!

Loved this unit! We have stayed here now for 2 Spring Breaks, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. This unit has everything we need, including a fully stocked kitchen to make meals. The pool is great & the beach is very close, no crossing a busy street to get there (a rare find in Galveston). Maria the owner is great to work with. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks!

Delightful Beach Front Property

Fully stocked Condo that is not only beach-side but also has the pool/spa amenities that kids and grown-ups love. Elevator access to each floor makes this a great fit for young and old alike. The location is not far from the tourist attractions of Galveston Island, so the convenience factor is a plus!

Nice place.

Seascape is on the beach so you don't have to cross the sea wall for the sand. There is a heated pool (came in handy in February) and several hot tubs. One was for over 18 only. Very nice grounds and security. You have to have a code to get in the pool area and to get back from the beach.

The condo was very nice and clean. It had a king bed in one bedroom, a twin bunk tucked in the hallway and a sleeper sofa. Kitchen and bathroom have granite counters. There is a deck with a view and we just opened the door and let the sun and wind in. Maria is very nice and easy to deal with. We will rent here again. Very nice!!

Broken RROW

Great place for a couple.

Very good for a couple and would probably be okay if you had a kid or two. Nice pool area and easy access to the beach. Good view from the balcony only problem was the lights from the guest registration shined on balcony. But the owner has no control of this.

For the most part the condo was quiet unless the upstairs guest have a three year old that runs everywhere then a bit noisy.

Kitchen was equipped with most things needed to cook a breakfast or small meal.

Condo is a little off the beaten path which was nice. Everything was fairly accessible but you do have to drive.

We would stay at this location again.

Loved Unit 2222 at Seascape

We recently stayed in Unit 2222 at the Seascape Condominium and loved it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with up to date stainless steel appliances and has all of the cooking accessories you need. The kitchen also has new rich colored wood cabinets and a beautiful granite counter top.

The bedroom was nicely designed and the king bed was very comfortable. I have not slept so soundly in years. The bed is also great for watching your favorite shows on the wall mounted T.V. at the foot of the bed. The children really liked the bunk beds and slept great also.

The living room kitchen area was just right for my wife and our two children. The sofa is very comfortable and the large wall mounted T.V. was great to watch in the evenings. Also from the balcony there is very good view of the beach and the fabulous sunrise.

The unit has a high speed wireless internet connection that was great for finding fun things to do around the city.

The security guards are very thorough and with 2 small children we really appreciated knowing that.

The Seascape condominiums have two Jacuzzis, a children’s pool, and main pool that are all heated. Great when the weather is a little cold. The beach is just over the catwalk from the pools. You do not have to cross a busy street while caring beach stuff.

This is a very nice place to stay and we will return very soon. I highly recommend Seascape and Unit 2222 it is contemporary and very comfortable.
