Welcome to our gorgeous condo in the Seychelles complex. We repainted and tiled the entire unit. The unit has modern furniture and housewares. We have beach chairs in our condo that can be taken to the beach. They are lightweight and easy to fold out. They have pull over covers to shield you from the sun and cup holders for your drinks. Guests were complaining that beach service is too far from the water. So, we have these great chairs that you can sit and put your feet in the water and see the view unobstructed.

We have stayed in many condos and we wanted to have something special for our guests. We manage our own condo so there is no middle man. We use the best cleaning company on the beach and I worked in the hotel industry during High School and College so I demand a clean, secure place. You won't find a cleaner place on the beach. We have installed a Kaba locking system. With this locking system, guests don't ever have to go to some office to pick up a key. Your code is emailed or txted to you and you simply go directly to your room to start having a great time.

The unit is on the 16th floor and we chose that because you won't hear the sounds of the pool area but you will hear the waves which we love so much. The elevators in this building are fantastic. They have four and they are computerized so when you enter the lobby downstairs, your code into the building opens the door of an elevator waiting for you. Even during busy times, there is very fast service.

The Seychelles complex has covered parking with security codes to get you into the deck and the same code to allow you to come in off the beach into the pool area.

The Seychelles unit is close to the State Park on the eastern side of Panama City Beach. We chose this complex because it was much quieter than the condos located in the middle of the beach. It is 20 minutes from the airport. The complex is in the center of every conceivable attraction including: dolphin rides, para-sailing, restaurants, Schooner's Restaurant, Pier Park, putt putt, water parks, moped rental places, go cart tracks, shopping, and golf courses just to name a few.

The condo comes with all household appliances, soap for your hands, dishes, and dish washer. We have masks, footballs, boogie boards, air mattresses, and other beach stuff so you don't have to buy anything.

There are many restaurants very close by that are the best on the coast per local restaurant magazines. First, Andy's Flour Power for breakfast is to your right and across the bridge on Thomas Drive. John owns the place and its fantastic for breakfast or lunch. This place is ranked number one for breakfast. Next door is Schooners restaurant and bar. It is wonderful for seaside food and drinks. They also have live entertainment in the evenings which is pretty good. In Panama City, the best of the best is Hunt's Seafood restaurant. It is about 5 miles away but the blackened food is to die for. For oysters, there is a biker bar just down the road called Dusty's. It is awesome and I recommend the seafood broiled oysters. I don't know about you but vacation to me is the laughing and smiles of my family, the beach, golf, and FOOD. I hope you choose to stay with us. About Jay Cooper - Owner

We are Arleen and Jay and we live in Little Rock Arkansas. I co-own a physical therapy business and Arleen works in the insurance industry. We love the outdoors and pretty much anything that involves the sunshine will get us going. I have two kids. One is in third year of college and the other is in senior high. Arleen has two grown daughters who are in Medical residency and Pharmacy School. We both have living mothers who are in their 70's and 80's and we love them very much. We love to eat and really enjoy going around to where ever we are to hunt down some really great food. I am not much on the name brand places like Wendy's or KFC, I'm much more into the mom and pop places where cooking is great. We are regular people just living God's blessings and enjoying life. We attend church regularly and come down to the condo about twice per month for a weekend. The drive isn't so bad until I have to go home. I am sure if you have driven here you know what I mean.

Why Jay Cooper - Owner chose Panama City Beach

We chose to buy here because the Seychelles place is new, close to the State Park where it is very quiet and still looks like it did years ago. I also chose it because Schooners is next door and with Schooners you don't have to go far to enjoy the nightlife and great food.

What makes this condo unique

The benefits of the property are very obvious, sunshine, great people, no stress, great food, a beach to run on, a road to bike on, and did I mention the great FOOD!!!!! When you come to this property, you won't have to travel more than 15 minutes to have everything you could ever want in your stay. If you are looking for nightlife, there are clubs 3 miles away, food, is all around you, live music is next door, and activities are all within walking distance.

Five Stars...everything was wonderful. In our busy schedules, we wanted a no hassle place to rest. Everything that we experienced was exactly as on this site. We have been places before and it wasnt great. This was great. We even tried the restaurants and they were great also. My two sons used the rollaway beds and they loved them. The girls got the bunks and the fact that the condo was large enough for all of us was great. The second separate bathroom was a dream and I liked the shower even better than ours because I could sit down on the seat. Jay, thanks man...appreciate the attention to details...Brian

Perfect location! Perfect condo!

Considering how busy the 4th of July week is we had zero issues getting into the 2 best places to eat all week- schooner and Scampys- they are both right next door! We've been staying in this area for years but these owners are by far the absolute most accommodating; their condo's have been the cleanest and nicest condo we have stayed in. The plus is they provide the things that NOONE wants to pack extra of - laundry det, toiletries, trash bags ect plus there are beach supplies ! I can't imagine renting from anyone else after the last two stays in these lovely folks wonderful condos! Their 2 bedroom is equally wonderful

Great Condo and Fantastic Owners!

What a great experience!

The condo was nicely decorated. Beds were soft, plenty of sheets, pillows, blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach supplies were an added bonus! The unit was clean and the cleaning company was very friendly! They let us start bringing our luggage in as they finished up a few things in the condo. Above expectations!

The property was very nice. The elevators were really fast, a rare experience at most PCB properties! The pools were clean. Great location! I like that the beach was not over crowded and definitely family friendly; however, I would also recommend for folks without kids as well. There was banana boat rides and parasailing right there at the condo's beach access.

The property owners were great! Supplied every detail and checked in with us while we were there. There was a small issue with parking and the owners went ABOVE AND BEYOND to resolve the issue so that we had zero stress! The issue was in NO WAY the fault of the owners. I only mention it because if something did come up while vacationing in this condo, I have no doubt the owners will try their best to resolve any problems. They certainly exceeded my expectations.

There is no doubt that I would recommend this property and more importantly, Jay and Arlene! I'm thankfully I came across this listing and will most definitely vacation with Jay and Arlene again and again! Thank you both for a great vacation and experience!

Wonderful vacation spot

This condo was just as promised. Beautiful and had all the amenities that you needed to feel like you were right at home. The view from the balcony was also amazing. The first night we were there we saw dolphins swimming in the ocean from our balcony! It was a little far away from things we really like to do when we're down there, but worth the drive. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Gorgeous condo!

This is by far the best condo I've stayed in at Panama city beach. The view is outstanding! Condo is very nice, clean and beautifully furnished. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Unit

Great Location within 5 min of lots of restaurants, pubs and shopping. Great Building very well maintained. Great unit excellent furniture and we loved no carpets. Finally great owner we had a problem with the Microwave oven and within 24 hours a new one was installed. They are very concerned about their renters well being.
