About the property

Condo, 1 Bedroom, 1.0 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

A romantic getaway, perfect for couples who want a peaceful, natural setting with easy access to Gatlinburg and the Smokies.

This small condo development is nestled comfortably into the hills above Gatlinburg, just off Ski Mountain Road. It's a development that's never forgotten the magic of the Smokies. You'll enjoy the sounds and view of the babbling stream from your balcony overlook as you start and end your day, and visitors often enjoy seeing chipmunks or raccoons at play. It's a quiet escape, but not hard to reach—you can enjoy dinner downtown, then relax in your private Jacuzzi tub moments later or splash around in the heated outdoor pool during the summer. The pool open Memorial day weekend and will be heated.

The living area has a sleeper sofa, 42" flat-screen cable TV w/DVD, a wood-burning fireplace, and stereo CD player. You'll also enjoy one of our most unique features, an open-area Jacuzzi tub!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed and you can enjoy internet access as this condo is equipped with wifi.

The full kitchen allows you the chance to stay in for the evening if you choose, and the dining area has seating for four.

Great for couples!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was clean, well stocked, and affordable. The accommodations are perfect for couples, with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub. The location is quiet most of the time, considering the traffic headed to Ober Gatlinburg and the clean up crews from the recent fire. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Cozy weekend in the mountains

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I enjoyed a quick getaway in this cozy little condo! It provided an escape from the crowds of Gatlinburg but wasn't too far to still partake in the fun. The jacuzzi tub was relaxing and the rest of the condo was very clean and welcoming. We recommend a visit to the Ole' Smoky Moonshine Distillery and a trip to the Smoky Mountains National Park. Maybe you will be lucky enough to see a bear like we did!

Great 7 days!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed for seven days. The room is really nice and cozy. It had everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the stream was wonderful. The condo is convenient to Downtown Gatlinburg and The Great Smokey Mountains National Park. Pigeon Forge is close if you take the by-pass. We definitely recommend this condo!

more expensive than expected

I will start with the positives... The room was very clean, and the hot tub in the living room was nice. I also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the stream. But,...... I have stayed at many VRBO homes and always get the feeling that the owner goes out of their way to make their guests comfortable. Not the case here. There were 4 of us, and only 4 towels for the whole time we were there. Only 1 garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towels. Once those were gone you are responsible for getting your own. Also, in the book they request that their guests keep the room temp. below 55 degrees in the winter and above 85 degrees in the summer! Doesn't seem like they cared about our comfort as much as their bottom line. Very minimal things to do in the condo (a couple of videos and a chess board). Lastly, I was surprised when I received the email showing the final costs. The room was about 80$/night, but with all of their other fees (processing fee, damage fee, cleaning and taxes) it was really double that. Not saying it wasn't a nice property, just didn't have that warm fuzzy feeling from the

Owner's Response: We appreciate your taking the time to leave a review for our property. We are happy that you enjoyed the accommodations and amenities during your stay. We are sorry that you did not feel as though the condo was stocked well enough and or did not feel like home. We would have gladly brought more supplies and or towels had we known they were needed. Our team is reviewing and addressing your concerns mentioned in this review. We will be replacing the book that is in the condo with a new and updated one. Our costs for the unit were shown clearly on the statement upon creating the reservation. There are never any hidden fees and we do not charge additional fees after the reservation has been created.
