You will adore our spacious condo with modern appointments and contemporary furniture throughout. There are two balconies and two porches for your outdoor relaxation. You also get one private/covered parking space. This condo is a safe walk to many of Austin’s favorites…including Z-Tejas, Whole Foods, Book People, Amy’s Ice Cream, Waterloo Records, Starbucks, Sweetish Hill Bakery, the Warehouse District, Lady Bird Lake, Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, Antone's, La Zona Rosa, Austin Music Hall, the 6th Street entertainment district, the Second Street shopping district, Jeffrey's, Aquarelle, and many other restaurants.
Take comfort knowing that you are staying in one of the cleanest lodgings in Austin. If you want bang for your dollar this unit is very hard to beat.

SMOKE in the condo (you will lose your deposit if the condo smells of smoke). We want all guests to enjoy our condo.
No Loud music/parties. This is a residential area, so please be respectful of the neighbors. There are plenty of bars within walking distance in which you can cut loose if you like.

Why Trey and Brandy chose Clarksville
This is trendy side of 6th Street and downtown. This location is next to some of Austin's best restaurants. When we decide not to eat out, we walk over to Whole Foods to grab some steaks to throw on the gas grill, or eat some of Whole Food's prepared offerings (talk about choices). We love being able to walk to some of Austin's best live music venues to watch some great local or touring bands. During the day we frequently walk or bike to the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail or to Zilker Park for a fun picnic. This location truly has it all.
What makes this Condo unique
The condo is as close to West 6th as you can get. It is more than twice the size of most hotel rooms. With all the huge trees around and the many decks and patios, you have a feeling that you are staying in a modern urban treehouse. We take pride in keeping the unit clean for our enjoyment as well as the tenants. We are more than happy to make recommendations on what to do or where to eat in downtown Austin.

Comfortable accommodations in an ideal location.
This was our second stay at this property, and we will return again. Most everything downtown is within walking distance, and the apartment’s appointments meet most needs.
Pros: property was clean and attractive and within a mile from downtown events. Another nice benefit food and drink and bakery less than a block away. This is an easy place to recommend. I really liked the surfaces flooring and kitchen granite. The off street parking was welcome.
Cons: loud street (nothing the owner can do about this) and, poor cookware (flimsy/warped fry pan not commensurate with an attractive and functional kitchen. In addition, coin laundry is shared among other units - which was not clear to us given posting.
Owner was quick to respond to a question from us. This is a nice place to stay.

Great location, very comfortable condo, clean, full amenities. Walking distance from grocery, live music, great food. Owners very responsive to questions. Would stay again.
Very pleasant property, in a good location. Condo was spacious, very clean, and well furnished.
Owners responded quickly to questions. Location near Whole Foods, restaurants, shops , Amy’s ice cream. Downtown a 10-15 min walk or quick Lyft. Overall perfect place and would definitely repeat.

The condo was convenient to shopping on West 6th, especially Whole Foods, RIE and Bookpeople. Trey, the owner, was responsive to our needs, helping us access the TV and Wifi. There was covered parking but it didn't extend to the apartment, so if it's not raining, all is well. If it is, you might get a bit wet. For the over-65 crowd, you may want to consider your mobility issues, as the in house stairs are a little dicey. (We didn't have trouble, but others may.) We loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom! All in all a nice stay.
