Enjoy all that downtown Austin has to offer in this quaint, yet sophisticated two story condo right on West 6th Street that comfortably sleeps 4 adults. You will adore our spacious condo with modern appointments and contemporary furniture throughout. There are two balconies and two porches for your outdoor relaxation. You also get one private/covered parking space. This condo is a safe walk to many of Austin’s favorites…including Z-Tejas, Whole Foods, Book People, Amy’s Ice Cream, Waterloo Records, Starbucks, Sweetish Hill Bakery, the Warehouse District, Lady Bird Lake, Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, Antone's, La Zona Rosa, Austin Music Hall, the 6th Street entertainment district, the Second Street shopping district, Jeffrey's, Aquarelle, and many other restaurants.

Why Trey and Brandy chose Austin

This is trendy side of 6th Street and downtown. This location is next to some of Austin's best restaurants. When we decide not to eat out, we walk over to Whole Foods to grab some steaks to throw on the gas grill, or eat some of Whole Food's prepared offerings (talk about choices). We love being able to walk to some of Austin's best live music venues to watch some great local or touring bands. During the day we frequently walk or bike to the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail or to Zilker Park for a fun picnic. This location truly has it all.

What makes this condo unique

The condo is as close to West 6th as you can get. It is more than twice the size of most hotel rooms. With all the huge trees around and the many decks and patios, you have a feeling that you are staying in a modern urban treehouse. We take pride in keeping the unit clean for our enjoyment as well as the tenants. We are more than happy to make recommendations on what to do or where to eat in downtown Austin.

Clean, well appointed space in a great location in Austin.

This unit was great for walking many places in Austin. It is right near the flagship Whole Foods and many great restaurants and shops as well as the Barton green belt which was a nice morning walk. My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and for much of the time left the car parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go (which was one of our goals). The unit is nicely decorated, well furnished, very spacious for the 2 of us and clean. We had a wonderful time and will certainly stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay

Every thing was just perfect, as promised. This is a very nicely updated Condo right on West Sixth. In a 20 minute walk you can be at the heart of the rich night life of Austin. If you prefer a relaxing time, you are a short walk from several parks including one on the lake. I spent a nice time there kayaking.

I am looking forward to my next trip to Austin and this is definitely where I want to stay.

Keep it a secret - this place is amazing!

Best location in Austin. I hate to tell you how great it is because I won't be able to get a reservation in the future. Beautifully decorated. Clean, clean, clean. Lots of amenities. We could not have been more comfortable.

Great Condo

It was our first visit to Austin and we had a wonderful time. Walked everywhere except to the golf course. The condo is as advertised and was very clean. After a long day of walking, we could grab something good to eat at Whole Foods and have a relaxing dinner at the condo. Thanks Trey and Brandy.

Wonderful condo in a great location

My wife and I stayed in this delightful condo for 5 nights. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials.

We loved the location on the edge of downtown Austin. It was a short, inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go. If you have a car, there is free parking right in front of the condo. There is a Whole Foods Market one block from the condo. We like to have one meal at a nice restaurant and then eat our other two meals in the condo. With Whole Foods being so close, it made eating at the condo easy and interesting. It's a great Whole Foods Market that sells beer and wine, something our Whole Foods Market in our home state is not allowed to do.

We had one small issue that we notified the owners about and they offered to have a plumber come in the same day to take care of the problem. We very much appreciated their willingness to quickly resolve the issue.

Austin is a great city to visit - fabulous restaurants, great music scene, the LBJ Presidential Library is well worth a visit. Also enjoyed the guided tour of the State Capital Building.
