Bella Vista is a two bedroom (queen & futon in the master and two double beds in the guest) and two bathroom condominium vacation rental at Sea Oats on Redington Shores Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. You can enjoy Bella Vista from the moment the sun rises over the Boca Ciega Bay until it sets directly outside your private balcony. Redington Shores is a warm and friendly beach town where you can expect soft sandy beaches, great fishing at the Long Pier and parks with amazing wildlife.
Redington Shores, along with the beach towns of Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island stretch from Clearwater Beach 15 minutes to the north and St. Pete's Beach 20 minutes to the south. Bella Vista is also just 20 miles west of Tampa which makes it central to the big city and beach life in the area. What a great location!!
There are many attractions for everyone: playground, parks, ice cream and candy stores for the kids; tasty restaurants ranging from five star restaurants to the casual local mom and pop diners; cultural attractions; professional sports and spring training; marinas and yacht clubs; nightclubs and dance clubs; and numerous golf courses. From the condominium you can walk to the mini mart, shops and restaurants and the Long Pier, which extends 1021 feet out into the Gulf, is right next door. Off this pier, even amateurs can catch grouper, mackerel, and pompano.
Splash in the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico horizon from your patio! Bella Vista is directly on the beach, and the condominium has a full direct view of the Gulf, the pool and the Long Pier!
There is so much to do, dip into the heated pool, fish, play tennis or volleyball right outside Bella Vista's door or... nothing to do but sit by the heated pool, walk barefoot in the white sand, or relax listening to the sound of the waves while watching for dolphins as they occasionally frolic in the Gulf. Whatever you choose to do, you will certainly be pleased with your choice of Bella Vista.
The general area offers 35 miles of white-sand beaches on 11 barrier islands along the Gulf of Mexico. To check out all the beaches, shopping and attractions, the Suncoast Trolley runs from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach up and down Gulf Boulevard all day. There is a ride all day option for $4.00.
There is an onsite management company that maintains the building and units and we take particular pride in making our unit clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Wi-fi is provided at no extra charge!
Breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico — truly a Bella Vista!

We chose to buy a condo at Sea Oats because the location is amazing!! It is a beach front condo on a beautifully clean white sand beach, near shops, restaurants, and the Long Pier where you can fish your day away. The condo itself is very spacious and because it is a corner unit is bright and airy. It has just been painted and updated- it looks GREAT!!
Sea Oats at Redington Shores has a tennis court which other properties nearby do not. It also has the unique benefit of being right next to the Long Pier so you can spend your day catching fish. The unit has been newly painted and updated with new washer & dryer.
Loved our stay in Sea Oats 101. The condo itself is clean, organized and has everything one could want from a beach condo. The sunsets are to die for. With a drink in your hand- what more could you want? We had children with us and their room is separate from the master bed room and bath, so it provided much privacy. Each room has a flat screen tv, which was a nice perk. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make a gourmet meal. Loved our stay and cannot wait to come back.
Very Lovely Condo and nicely updated. My brother, a recently retired Firefighter, stayed with us for a week and he said he hadn't slept that good in 20 years so the 2nd bedroom bed must be good! We stayed for 3 weeks in January and couldn't have asked for anything more as the Condo had everything we needed. On site check in was easy and they helped me with any questions I had. We walked on the beach and fished from the Long Pier but spent most of our time at the pool everyday just soaking up the sun and relaxing. Unfortunately the trip was bittersweet as my husband is ill and this was our last vacation together.
Very nice condo, clean and well appointed. We loved the location. The beach was beautiful, uncrowded, peaceful and quite relaxing. It was so nice not to have people camped out on top of us when relaxing on the beach, and I was definitely spoiled by the not so crowed atmosphere during our "peak season" stay. On-site check-in was easy and pleasant. Excellent restaurants within a minutes from the condo. The Salt Rock Grille was wonderful! The only complaint I had was, the air conditioning was not working efficiently when we arrived. However, the situation was addressed and resolved. (This owner was wonderful working with us regarding the inconvenience.) We normally stay in the PCB area, however it was WELL worth the extra two hours in the car to enjoy the Redington Shores area, and it was also fun going to a Tampa Bay Rays game while we were in the area. Thanks for allowing us to book our "last minute" reservation. We really needed and enjoyed our time at Sea Oats!
We spent a week at Sea Oats Condo on Redington Shores. Condo balcony was right on the beach & daytime view & sunsets were spectacular!
Condo layout was great, allowing for ocean breeze throughout, quiet and privacy. Bedrooms are totally separate from living area and from eachother. Washer & Dryer were a plus. Didn't use beach chairs as they were in poor condition. We rented chairs and umbrella from a place that delivered - reasonable. Office staff was helpful in that regard, and they were very accommodating. Well equipped kitchen so we did lots of cooking. Publix is close by.
We recommend Salt Rock Grill for a great meal & experience. Would definitely return.
I just returned from a two week vacation in your beautiful condo. I was there in January of 2013 for two weeks and returned again this year. I truly appreciate all of the improvements particularly the grab rails in the showers that I mentioned last year. Your attention to even the smallest detail is evident. The unit was immaculate and waiting for us. Everything we could possibly need was there. I did purchase a new iron, marked it and left if for you. The other one was a ittle tired. I also left a nice beach chair with attached umbrella. Enjoy. I will use them when I return next year. We did not have the best weather FL had to offer and we even had a little tornado to add to our excitement but everything was wonderful, comfortable and felt like home. If you would like to contact me at email@example.com there is more info Iwould like to share. Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven. No snow for two weeks was heaven earth. We just returned from a wonderful two week stay in your lovely unit. It was beautiful and had all the comforts of home with nightly show of that spectacular sunset. We truly enjoyed our stay and found the unit perfect and everyone a pleasure to deal with. If I were to make any suggestion it would be to add grab bars to the showers to make things safer for those of us who are a little wobbly on our feet and to put some kind of Levelor type blind in the sliding door for late afternoon vs the white curtains that don't look clean and get very messy. I think a blind would be the perfect solution to redirect the sun from the room and TV and allow us to see the view. The curtain is a minor item but I think it would enhance the beauty of what is already a beautiful unit. The curtain is the only think that is not up to the standard of the unit. Thanks for sharing your unit with us and we look forward to returning. Will come a little later than January next time and hope for a little warmer weather. Thanks again. We had a blast.
We had a really good time at your condo. It was nice and as the pictures showed. It was a good dollar value. The pool was nice to have right out the door. Our almost 3year old son really was learning to swim during our week stay. The beach was never too crowded like in other areas that we saw as we were visiting sites in the area. Mary was helpful in the office and tried to get the Wi-fi going better but was spotty at best during our work/vacation stay. The alarm clock was not working in the master so I bought one that had a cd player to have my sons music play at night. We left it there and a few other things in kitchen and laundry we did not have room to take back. Hope they were helpful to the next guests. Overall it was really great , but a few annoyances like the beds were still an issue and kids running in the stairwell which was right by the master.
Thank you very much,
