This is a comfortable and well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a screened private pool.. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, plates, and drinkware for 8 people. There is a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker and hair dryers. There is also a washer and clothes dryer for guests use. One of the pleasures of this property location is its NW orientation, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the last warm rays of the evening sun as it sets. There is cable/satellite TV service, 4 TVs, router provided for wireless connection to the internet. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not allowed. No parties of any type, graduation, bridal, holiday parties are allowed to be held at the property.The house is equipped with central air conditioning, and central heating and can be adjusted to your individual comfort level. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We welcome long term rentals of 1 to 3 months year round.

The house was very clean and was in a nice neighborhood.

The beds are hard as rocks and we had to buy pillows. Master made sounds if you turned over. Maybe the box springs is bad. The rest of our time at the house was wonderful and the pool area is nice.

Owner's Response: The purchase and selection of mattresses and box springs is a subjective choice that differs among consumers in terms of firmness, and body support features. This mattress does not wobble or move from side to side when turning over in the bed. It is a posturepedic mattress which is designed to be a firm mattress and to provide back and spinal support. Having spent numerous nights at the property and having slept in the master bedroom on this mattress and box spring, as well as having slept on the other mattresses at the property, I can undoubtedly say that the beds are not "hard as rocks" as the guest has stated in their review, and that the mattress on the master bed does not "make sounds if you turn over." The mattress is firm, comfortable and quiet. The guest has been contacted about why they "had to buy pillows" as they state. New pillows had already been purchased and placed on the beds at the property just prior to the arrival of this guest. They have responded that the purchase of new pillows was a personal decision, and was not based on there being a lack of pillows on the beds at the property.

Beautiful view of nature!

We enjoyed the lovely pool with a beautiful view of the lake. There were many birds to watch and listen to. We had 2 curious sandhill cranes walk up to us! There was an issue with a broken pool heater, but the owner was quick to respond and remedied the problem immediately. The owner was an excellent correspondent, quick to reply to all of my e-mails when I booked the property.

Great location, private, would recommend!

My family of 6 fit well in this house, it's at the end corner of the road so it was very private, I would stay again and I would recommend to any one that's considering this property to book now! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Dump

This house looked like it was cleaned with a dirty Rag!! The toilet wouldn't stop runnin . Proceed with caution when walkin thru the master bedroom door, there's a hump in the floor that will make you lose your footing if not paying attention. Last but not least, I parked my enclosed motocycle trailer in the driveway along with my truck. Both vehicles fit in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. I recieved a email from the owner at 630 am the following day to move the trailer by the end of the day or go stay in a hotel. She also stated she's not paying a fine. I didn't know I couldn't park there and it was very unprofessional and rude to send a message like that. Read all the reviews and find another home to vacation at if possible.

Owner's Response: The bump in the floor has been professionally repaired and is no longer an issue and the property is currently under new management. The current new management sets high standards for the home and is currently doing an excellent job in maintaining the home and in setting cleanliness as a high priority. The home owner was notified by an email from the homeowner association that the traveler had an oversized truck along with his car, the two vehicles were taking up most of the driveway, was encroaching on the neighbors property and was a violation of state statutes, and that the traveler would face a fine unless the vehicle was not removed by the end of the next business day. The size of the vehicles in the driveway was verified by a photo sent to the homeowner. The homeowner notified the traveler of this violation stating that the vehicle would need to be removed from the property. This situation could have been avoided if the traveler had initially inquired from the homeowner about the suitability of bringing this oversized vehicle at the time of the reservation, which he did not do.

Needs work

Just stayed here. I paid extra for pool heat and it was definitely not a warm pool and the hot tub is not a hot tub. I called the management company to see if this could be fixed and I never got a call back. The utensils in the kitchen have all seen their better days. The guest toilet didn't stop filling up all the time. The patio door to the pool is in very poor condition. The house was dirty. It needs a very thorough cleaning and the pool area was dirty. I would not stay here again.

Dissapointed

Wrong code was given, had to call property manager upon arrival. LIghts were all dim, all electrical to the tvs were unplugged, never could get the 2 bedrooms working. No dishwashing pods or liquid. No soaps in bathrooms. Found long black hairs in Master bed. The pool was awful, never did get to enjoy it. The water was too cold. our friends that came down and rented a different house there pool was perfect so we swam there.

Owner's Response: Traveler cites issues regarding TV's being unplugged at the time of arrival, not being able to get TV's working, no dishwashing liquid, no soap, laundry detergent, hair on linen. Traveler was given the owner's phone number, email address and property manager's phone number and email address prior to his arrival date. The traveler never called the owner or the property manager to state that the TV's needed connecting. This problem could have been corrected immediately. Neither were the home owner or property manager contacted during the travelers stay about dish washing liquid, soap, laundry detergent, or a linen change. These issues could have all been addressed within a few minutes during the time of the traveler's stay. A review of the payment from the traveler revealed that the traveler did not pay for pool heat, nor was the traveler ever charged for this service by the owner. The complaint about the pool water not being warm is not a valid complaint, as traveler did not purchase this service, nor at any point did traveler request pool heating service.
