The spacious wrap around balcony overlooks both the beautiful lagoon pool and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It also comes with it's own reserved parking space located beside the door entering from the parking garage. Just a short walk down the hallway to this end condo unit. 2 elevators right around the corner from the condo makes getting up and down from the pool and beach a breeze also!!

The living room has a queen size sofa bed with phenomenal views of the pool and ocean. Adjacent is the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and dining area with barstools. Washer and Dryer is also provided.

Not very clean

We arrived on the 7th and the code I was given didn't work, it took a few minutes to contact rental agent to get correct code. The furnishings are nice but furniture and floors were dirty. I had to vacuum and mop the floors to be able to walk in sock feet. Your cleaning company is not doing a very good job. I will not stay there again.

Great condo with AMAZING views

This condo was perfect for my family. It was updated and decorated beautifully . We were there for Fall Break and even though it was a busier time, we had no troubles with parking or the elevators. The property manager was great to work with and we will be renting from them again. Can't wait to bring my family back to PCB soon.

FALL BREAK 2015

I booked this condo for my 4 grandchildren and I on Thursday Oct 8 and paid for it on our way to Florida....Owner was VERY easy to work with and worked quickly so I could take them on vacation....we had a great time and would definitely rent from him again!!!!!!

WORTH THE MONEY FOR SURE

We stayed here the week of March 7, 2016. The Shores of Panama building itself has a great pool that the pictures show quite well. It also has a huge hot tub, but the kids take that over for most of the day. Since the SOP is right on the water, getting to and from the beach is incredibly convenient. We are now spoiled, it will be hard to pick a location off the waterfront in the future. This condo unit probably has the best view of the ocean and pool at the same time in the SOP. Since the condo is a corner unit on the 15th floor, half the condo faces the ocean (very front of building closest to the water) and the other half faces the pool area. The balcony starts at the front of the condo (facing the ocean) and wraps around to the side facing the pool. From just about anywhere in the Living Room you see ocean as the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors cover the entire walls of the room, just breathtaking views. The unit has 2 full bathrooms in the two large bedrooms and in the bunk room the 3rd bathroom is a half bath. The kitchen was stocked with very new high quality pots and pans which made cooking a wiz. The freezer ice-maker kept up with the demands of all 5 of us with no problem. There is no table with chairs to eat at in the unit, but that is not a problem as there is a large bar with chairs and a large living room with plenty of seating and a large coffee table in the middle. All the furniture seemed brand new with no stains. All the floors are tile and also looked like new. The unit was non-smoking and it truly didn't have any cigarette odors which was nice. The unit is pet friendly. We took two small dogs that do not shed and made sure they stayed off the furniture since the furniture looked brand new. When we arrived the unit was clean and cool and ready to have fun in. The SOP building location is right next to Pineapple Willies which is convenient for food and drinks. The walk is about 2 minutes by beach or sidewalk. There is also a Walmart one block away which makes getting supplies or food a breeze. Probably the SOP building location is about as perfect as can be for staying at PCB. There are rental chairs with umbrellas on the beach in front of PCB that rent by the half day, full day or multi day discount. There is no restaurant on the premises, but there is an outside bar for drinks that is open noon to 6PM. Finally, the managers of the property (Kristal and David) were great to work with.
