Ed and I are locals who love Hampton Beach and spend most of our summers on our boat exploring the Atlantic Ocean and everything it has to offer. Our permanent home is in Candia, NH, about 30 minutes from Hampton.

We love this property because its located on a quiet family road. Many of the people on Nudd Avenue are year round residents.

What makes this apartment unique

Located on a road with quick access in and out of the beach, a trip to the grocery store is easy and avoids beach traffic. This road is also very quiet and a short walk from the beach which keeps you within short walking distance, but still a little away after a long day on the sand.

Nice location

The location was very nice. Close enough to the beach for an easy walk and right near a bath house. Far enough away to not hear the traffic of the Main St.

Kitchen had everything we needed.

Twin beds are fine for kids but were not ideal for 40 + year old adults who could have used more support. Bring your own blankets. They tell you sheets but not blankets. You will enjoy your stay.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review! One of the positives of this location is the dead end street, the ability to get in and out of the beach without having to drive through the beach traffic and the neighborhood which is very family oriented and consists of many year round residents. The addition of the bath houses at the end of Nudd Ave several years ago was great and many renters mention how convenient they are. All of the twin mattresses in our rental properties have a soft side and a firm side - simply flipping the mattress may have provided more support. I will add that note in our listing for future renters, perhaps they were on the soft side during this stay. We do not provide sheets, blankets or pillow cases in our rental properties due to the lack of a washing machine and dryer. I apologize for the confusion, that is listed as part of our "rental agreement" and also listed in "what to bring". I have reviewed them to make sure blankets are clearly noted so future renters are aware. Please know that any time we can help, we live very close and are normally right in town during the summer. We would be happy to help so always feel free to call us!!! Thank you, Ed & Deb

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!!

My sisters family and our family rented the whole thing. It was awesome. The place was very clean, had everything we needed, a great quiet location at the end of a dead end road yet within walking distance to the beach and boulevard with all the activities. Owners great to deal with. Thank you!!!!
