This newly remodelled home is a rare find in the rental world because it has the best of everything: high quality construction, book end matched custom kitchen cabinets, all viking stainless designer series kitchen appliances (gas cooktop), all new windows, all new flooring, all new bathrooms, all new furniture, new electrical panel, all new media wiring, all new light fixtures, all new multi zone heating system, etc. Living and dining rooms were expanded, one master bedroom was expanded, one master bath was expanded,and a new family room was added. The home sleeps 8 in beds (2 kings with en-suite bathrooms, 1 kids room with four twins and an en-suite bathroom) and 2 on a pull out queen size sofa sleeper (has its own full bath). There are 4 and a half baths total. In addition to the living room on the main level, there is a game room and a family room on the lower level. This gives lots of flexibility for kids to do their own thing in their own space...a rare find in Silver Lake Village where most units only have a living room.
The location is directly adjacent to the Stein Ericksen Lodge at Silver Lake Village. It is a 5 minute walk to Silver Lake Village as you essentially have to walk around the Stein. Parking is easy with one assigned spot outside the garage door and several unassigned spots very close to the front door. The Little Belle driveway is heated - so no noisy snow removal in the middle of the night.
Silver Lake Village has several fine restaurants in addition to the famous Deer Valley gourmet cafeteria (serves breakfast and early dinner too). Cafe Mariposa has been voted Best in State by Zagats and its wine cellar has been voted one of the best in the world. Dining at Stein Erickson Lodge is also reknown and their spa offers full services. Our family loves Cena Restaurant at The Chateau ( a two minute walk). The free Park City bus stops at LIttle Belle's driveway to take you to town for additional shops, dining, and entertainment.
There are 6 world class ski resorts within 45 minutes of this location for the hard core skier who needs variety.

Walk to lifts, leave boots and skis with the valets for no charge in Silver Lake Village and walk back and forth in your comfy after ski boots; Silver Lake Village has limited parking for the public and therefore does not get heavy traffic.
New Family room - 46' Sony flat screen LCD HDTV with Sony Google Internet HD DVD Player and Comcast cable service; new chenille sectional sofa that opens into queen bed; big gas fireplace - need to keep kids hands off the glass front which gets very hot; door to private outside hot tub.
Old Family room - set up as a game room; many board games on hand; desk and chair near port for wired DSL internet for your convenience; full bath;
Lower Master Bedroom - Expanded king bed; en-suite bath that has radiant heating in floor, towel warmer, jetted tub; euro glass shower enclosure; double sinks;

Our 6th year in Deer Valley and we finally found the perfect place to stay! Two families, each with 2 boys, ages 10-13 and the space was perfect! The location was perfect. The view was perfect. The kitchen has a great stove that you can actually cook on and is well stocked with good cookware. Most 3rd bedrooms in Silver Lake are tiny bunk rooms that our boys barely fit into now that they are older. This condo has a much larger kids room plus an extra den and so our boys were more comfortable. It was a perfect week! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
This was my second time staying at this property. I love the location: walking distance to the mountain and there is a bus 50 feet away to go into Park City. The town house is quiet, luxurious, well apointed and has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Utah. The hot tub has a view of the aspens and the mountain. It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. It has a great kids room too.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The location is great, close to everything in Deer Valley, especially Silver Lake Lodge area. The home is amazing! It is clean, modern, with top of the line appliances, finishes, bedding, and furnishings throughout. The home was perfect for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children ages 3-8). We loved the dual master suites and the room with 4 twins for the children. It was especially great having three levels and two separate living areas - everyone had space to spread out without being on top of one another. Amy was so easy to work with and everything was perfect. Thank you!!!
This is like being at home, but better! It had everything we needed or would want in a destination resort and best of all, it's comfortable. It's one the most convenient locations, offers independence for the kids, privacy for the adults, and total convenience for cooking, dining, and lounging. We could plug into all the technology we wanted, yet didn't have to. Whether sitting in the hot tub, soaking in the large baths, or drying with the warm towels from the heated towel racks, it was thoroughly relaxing and luxurious. Most of all, it provided the ultimate place for the lifetime memories we made with friends and family. The thoughts of laughing till our sides ached and the gorgeous views are imprinted in my mind forever. We have to go back!
We had such a wonderful stay at this unique and modern condo in Deer Valley. The minute you step in you know you made the right choice just by looking at the big windows and watching the wonderful view! With its perfect location (5 min walk to lifts), two entertainment family rooms, gorgeous kitchen , jacussi with the perfect view and decorated in such good taste (see the fotos) we couldn't ask for more. Amy was always very Nice and helpful. Thank you Amy, we look forward to coming back!

The Security Deposit is $1,000 and it will secure the performance of Guest’s obligations under this Agreement. Homeowner may, but will not be obligated to, apply all portions of said deposit on account of Guest’s obligations. The Security Deposit shall be refunded by check sent through regular mail within 30 days of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
i. damage to or loss of the property or furnishings;
ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the refund policy is as follows:
a) Payment for Contract Deposit:
• Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee are fully refundable;
• The remainder of the Contract Deposit is non-refundable;
b) Payment for Contract Balance:
• Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee are fully refundable;
• The remainder of the Contract Balance is 100% refundable if cancelled 31 or more days prior to the Check-in Date; or
• 50% refundable if cancelled 15-30 days prior to the Check-in Date; or
• Non refundable 14 or less days prior to Check-in Date, though Owner will try to rent the unit and will offset your losses by what Owner is able to earn on short notice less a 25% fee. Funds will be returned within 10 business days of Homeowner’s receipt of funds from the re-booked guest.
If Guest wishes to cancel the booking at any time, Guest shall notify Homeowner both in writing and by phone call (to improve odds that Homeowner gets message quickly). Homeowner shall return security deposit to Guest within 10 business days of receipt of Guest’s cancellation notice.
