well located, good sized, but could have been better maintained - many lightbulbs missing, for example. That said, the space was great for our family of 6 as a home-base as we visited Grand Teton.
The twin homes we rented were in a great location and provided plenty of space d for the 6 couples/families that stayed. Homes were comfortable and nicely furnished.
Pros - Plenty of room, garage was nice to have, master bed was comfortable plenty of dishes and utensils. Air conditioners worked well. Cons - Hair inside silverware drawer, hair and dried food inside kitchen towel drawer. Dried food inside kitchen utensil drawer. (disgusting) Hair in master bath shower, again disgusting. Stains on bath towels, throw rug from garage and in kitchen were filthy. Bath mats were stained and dirty. We spent two hours after arriving wiping everything down with Clorox wipes, washing towels, washing dishes and silverware, we figured if nothing else was clean then the dishes weren't either. etc. Not sure why they charge a cleaning fee as nothing was clean. Several light bulbs were out. The blinds from living room to outside were missing four or five slats so it was useless to close them as the whole neighborhood could look right into the house. Loose carpet all through out the upstairs. Limited pots and pans. Painfully slow internet to the point it was useless if you were even able to connect. . While the garage was nice to have it was filthy, gravel and dirt covered the floor which was then tracked into the house. Even though it was cheaper than places closer to Yellowstone, it was not at all convenient to Yellowstone, hour and forty five minutes going up thru Idaho, almost two hours going thru Jackson with all the traffic. Would not even consider staying here again.
We had four adults and two teenagers. This house was perfect, as it allowed each couple and each teenager to have their own room. The kitchen and living room are very modern, comfortable and roomy. We ate our breakfasts and one dinner there, and it had everything we would want.
We were visiting the Tetons and Jackson, so this was not the most convenient rental, but this is a really nice house; -a similar rental in Jackson would cost twice as much, so worth the drive. As an unexpected bonus, there are several good dining options in Driggs. We ate at the Korean restaurant that is just down the street from the house, and it was authentic and very good. Probably the only Korean restaurant within 300 miles of Jackson!
Everything was as I expected. Home was clean, comfortable and well furnished. Great location and fair pricing added to the experience.
My family & I (we had 7 of us, my husband & I, two 14 yr old girls, 23 yr old niece and two 18 yr old boys) stayed in this townhome the end of July. Our whole vacation was the BEST one we have ever had!! And it started with arriving to this townhome. The pictures displayed are what the unit looks like, brand new, clean. The sleeping arrangements were a little different than what I expected: King bed in master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom and two trundle day beds in the basement (however there was not a "trundle" under one of the day beds). This worked out great for us, 18 yr old boys were in the basement with a big flat screen and their own bath, two 14 yr old girls had their own bed in one bedroom then our 23 yr old niece had the queen, where all three girls shared a bathroom then my husband & I had the king room. There was SO MUCH ROOM for all of us, it was great! We did not arrive until midnight and it was very difficult to find in the dark even thou Driggs is a really small town. Our directions said there was a sporting goods store to turn at, there is NO sporting goods store, but we made it just the same. Once we arrived "everyone" couldn't believe I found SUCH A NICE place, the girls were taking pictures with their phones to show their friends, my niece took pics because she liked the decorating ideas. We had a couple of issues none that were not fixed by our agent Tayson, 1st when we turned the air on (we had just come from St Louis where it was 101 with 100% humidity) we kept blowing a fuse, called Tayson and he informed us that the air conditioning units have covers on them on the outside once those were taken off we were good as new. Then the kids wanted to make smores and we couldn't get the electric fireplace to turn on AGAIN Tayson was great and informed my husband how to get it working and we had our smores. Tayson was fantastic and very helpful thru the whole thing. One thing is the kitchen does have some cooking things but it could use more, we cooked many times in a week & we had to always make sure we could cook what we wanted with the pots etc that where there. We did 2 days at Yellowstone (go in the west entrance) & had the BEST time ever, 2 days was good but could have done a 3rd, then we white water rafted (was great, but short) and went horseback riding in Alpine Wyoming. The mountains are gorgeous!! Staying in Driggs was FANTASTIC, SO MUCH CHEAPER staying here and townhome, you seriously couldn't get any better.
