The master suite, dining room, living room and both upstairs bedrooms have lake views.
The deck, barbecue, comfy loungers and hot tub overlooking the lake contribute to the spectacular ambiance year round.
In the evening, step out of the master suite into the hot tub to relax before sleeping in the king size bed or lounging on the loveseat watching the moonlit water sparkle.
Be captivated by the sounds of the water lapping at the shore, the waves, the breezes, the hot tub, the hammock. Delight your senses with grilling on the Weber propane barbecue or roasting marshmallows at the fire pit.
This 4-season lakefront bungalo gives the cottage feel with modern amenities.
The property is just minutes from local amenities yet it is a quiet serene place away from it all. You will cherish sitting on the deck for hours and taking in the views of Lake Erie.
Serenity, splendid lake views and relaxing hot tub.
I'm in love with this Lake "Erie-Front" property. It is so relaxing. Not like any place I have ever stayed in the world. If you love to lounge on a deck with the best possible lake views or enjoy the hot tub and extraordinary moonlit lake, this place is for you. I can't wait to come back and love to share my reviews so other can enjoy this little piece of heaven. And...I'm only reviewing the back side! EVERYthing including the one of a kind bathroom, master bedroom and living room facing the lake. The best BBQing area! Plenty of chairs and room. Enormous bedrooms! Gigantic Lawn! I love you 290 Seacliff Drive West!
A somewhat stressful stay for our family Christmas weekend despite the peaceful views of the lake. There were maintenance issues with some of the doors when we arrived, but the owner didn't mention them. He reacted extremely negatively when we had family members over for Sunday lunch (15 additional visitors), despite the fact that we had asked him ahead of time if we could have guests over and he had agreed. The house is quite spacious and we had promised that there would be no alcohol and no one would stay late in the evening. In hindsight, the error on our part was in not clearly stating how many family members were involved. Generally speaking, the house was comfortable and reasonably clean and the amenities were as described in the posting.
I stayed at this house in September and forgot to write a review, however, 7 months later I still love this house enough to come back and make sure I let people know! We had such a great, relaxing time here. The house has everything you need to hang out by the lake and have a wonderful weekend! I can't wait to rent it again.
Dean's property has a beautiful view on the lake and the house is large and comfortable. 6 friends stayed the weekend as a getaway from Toronto and we very much enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and kitchen, where we did a lot of cooking. If the weather was nicer we would have walked into Leamington or gone exploring, but there was easily enough to do in the house itself for a couple days.
Beautiful house, great location, worth every penny and Dean is a stand-up guy. Couldn't have asked for an easier and smooth transaction. Beautiful and clean place, perfect for a family or a couple.
Wonderful stay, very clean, very relaxing, very comfortable beds and spectacular view of Lk. Erie. Hot tub was amazing used pretty much every night, for someone recovering from back surgery/problems this is a God send. Short trip to beach and shops that made it easy to buy groceries or necessities. Would highly recommend to family/friends.
Quiet location with awesome views of the lake. Large livningroonm and bedrooms, The air conditioning worked great on the last day as the temperature went to 32 C. Never got a chance to try the the hot tub.

The property is at the end of a private drive on Lake Erie. The view is amazing; the hot tub is soothing. Watch the sunset from the large deck. Enjoy the fire pit between the house and the water. Plentiful shopping, three golf courses, a dozen wineries, Leamington Marina and Point Pelee National Park all are nearby. Grab fresh local produce at roadside stands on Seacliff Drive. The property in owner operated.
