This beautiful three story, 2 BR/Loft, 2 Bathroom condo is well-appointed and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment. We enjoy cooking and have equipped a kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare the best of gourmet and/or holiday meals. Besides the microwave, double oven-range and dishwasher, we have included all the most commonly used small appliances, such as a coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, toaster, blender, crock- pot, griddle, citrus juicer. The main living area is cozy and conducive to socializing and entertaining. We provide plenty of firewood for use in the wood-burning fireplace. A gas bar-be-que grill is available on the balcony for those who enjoy outdoor cooking!
Our entertainment center features cable TV, VCR/DVD/CD/stereo receiver, and a selection of music tapes, DVD's and videos for your enjoyment. WIFI is also available. The sofa folds out to a super-queen bed which is available for additional sleeping arrangements.
The dining table seats 6 with seating for 4 available at the breakfast bar.
The unit sleeps 6-8 persons comfortably. The two bedrooms are furnished with queen-sized beds.
There is a lovely deck off the master bedroom with a beautiful view of Mammoth & Lincoln Mountains.
The jacuzzi and sauna are located about 40 yards from the front door.
The spa features a heated floor for your comfort.
There are showers available for your convenience.

We are Kimyon and Thurza Heim. We have been the owner's of our unit for the past 25 years, and purchased the unit from the original owner, Kim's former business partner. Our goal was to create a comfortable, cozy 'home away from home, where we could retreat from our busy lives and rejuvenate in the beautiful eastern Sierra mountains. We have two sons who love to ski with us in the winter and fish in the summer. Our 9 year old labrador retriever, Reina, is a huge part of our lives, and loves to travel with us, so being a pet-friendly unit is very important to us. We've decorated and added improvements to create a cozy, relaxing environment for ourselves and our guests. As a builder/general contractor, Kim added several skylights and a kitchen window to allow more natural light and ventilation in the unit, and take advantage of the beautiful outdoor views. We both love to cook, so having a well-appointed kitchen is a must for us. Whether it's a Thanksgivng meal preparation, or a simple breakfast or snack, our guests will find all that they need. Also, a good night's sleep is very important, so we provide good, comfortable matresses and bedding with warm flannel sheets, down blankets and stylish quilts and shams.

We live in southern California and love to get away to the mountains to enjoy the change of seasons. The eastern Sierra is absolutely gorgeous and offers a variety of recreational activities all year round! Skiing and fishing are our favorite activities. Mammoth is easy to get to from southern California and the drive through the Owen's valley is beautiful.
Our unit is located in the Snowcreek development. The grounds are beautiful with lots of open space, creeks running through a beautiful meadow, and a small, man-made lake for kids to fish. There are hiking/biking paths through the area, which make for great cross-country skiing trails in winter. The ski lifts are a short, 3-minute drive from our unit. The Mammoth town free-shuttle stops in front of the Snowcreek development. We are also just a short 3-minute drive to the Vons shopping center, so everything is close by and convenient....close enough to walk to, if desired.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We love the Snowcreek complex because of the beautiful setting and location and this condo was the perfect choice. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and set up with all the comforts of home. The spacious layout gave our family (2 adults, 2 young kids and our dog) plenty of room to spread out! The kitchen is brand new and GORGEOUS... and fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We also love the meadow adjacent to Snowcreek which is the perfect place to walk with our kids and our dog and enjoy the fresh air and beautiful scenery. The owners were quick to respond to all our emails and were very friendly. Highly recommend this property... we will definitely stay here again!
This was our first rental on VRBO, we couldn't be happier and look forward to a return visit!!! Excellent location in Snowcreek, newly remodeled kitchen, surprisingly well provisioned - just like home, not a thing was missing!!! Perfect to prepare dinner over drinks and laughs with friends/family. The main floor is open, bright and very cozy. A comfortable space to unwind after a day on the slopes, play games w/ the kids and enjoy a good selection of cable TV, solid Internet WiFi and a good DVD collection. Fantastic owners - you couldn't ask for better!!! Even Grandma (a non-skier) and our 2 mini-poodles enjoyed a relaxing here. Highly recommended!!! Great spot to stay in any season!
My husband and I and our two well behaved Aussies thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo during the month of August 2013. It was very quiet, clean, tastefully furnished, and had the pleasing bonus of several skylights which made the whole upstairs much brighter than the similar Snowcreek units we've stayed at before. The master bed was quite comfortable and our guest of a couple nights said the second queen was also comfortable. We did not use the loft except to turn on the ceiling fan once or twice. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and the fridge was larger than needed. We watched some of the DVD's and internet access was easy. The grounds were especially pleasant and beautiful as we liked to walk over to the meadow trail along the creek every morning with the dogs. People were friendly and courteous with their own dogs.
Our whole experience including communications with the owner went very smooth. You can sense the care and pride the owners have in their property. The location is perfect with only minutes to town or to the lakes basin. There is a wonderful new bike path to access close by. The Jacuzzi and sauna is a quick walk from the condo. We had a really nice time and hope to be able to rent it again next year. Mammoth is a truly awesome place.
My husband and I brought my 80 year old mother to Mammoth for the first time. She is from upstate NY and had never seen "real" mountains. We wanted an extra nice place to stay where she could feel at home. We certainly hit the jackpot! This is a lovely home, truly able to accommodate 6 or 8 people very comfortably. The home is "high quality" throughout - the bedrooms have lovely, warm quilts, the furniture is comfortable and cozy, there is a large beautiful dining room table (reminding me of our family dinners back in NY with 10 of us at the table), thick carpeting throughout the home, and a kitchen appointed with everything a gourmet cook would need! The owners are easy to work with and very organized. The home was ready when we arrived, as promised, and firewood, and even kindling, were all available to us. We certainly felt like we were guests at someone's home (much different than many of the condo rentals we've stayed at in the past). Parking was easy and Mammoth's redline bus drives right by Snowcreek for those days we didn't want to drive. All-in-all this was a magnificent place to stay. We are looking forward to a future visit with our children and grandchildren! Thank you!
My friends and I were fortunate enough to find this condo after our previous plans had fallen through. Even though it was last minute, the owner took care of everything! She is so helpful and kind, and makes the whole rental process a breeze. Upon receiving the keys, you are also provided a very helpful packet of information to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The condo surpassed all expectations. The moment you walk in, you feel at home. It is very spacious and is packed with everything you would ever need! There are tons of movies, kitchen appliances, sleds, activity suggestions, extra blankets and so much more! You couldn't ask for a more convenient location either. The condo is about a 3 minute walk to the bus stop, and the bus will take you all around town for free. We had such a wonderful stay, and can't say enough about the property, the fantastic town, and the great owners.
We spent almost two weeks at Snowcreek 48 from 7/21 to 8/2. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed and we had a lot of room for our family of four. We especially appreciated that the condo is pet friendly. We enjoyed walking to the creek nearby. All in all we had a great stay here and enjoyed meeting the neighbors.
