This is a beautiful downtown Salt Lake City condominium. This 2,400 square foot condo is gorgeously decorated and kept very clean. The condo is attached the Gateway mall, within walking distance of restaurants such as Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Happy Sumo Sushi Bar, and a full food court for a quick bite. The mall also features retail shops, Barnes and Nobles, Starbuck’s, Clark Planetarium, IMAX theatre, Discovery Gateway Children’s Museum, and more.

The UTA TRAX (located walking distance from condo) light rail system provides service across the valley including popular destinations like the SLC Airport, University of Utah, University Medical Center, Salt Lake Library, Grande America Hotel, Salt Palace Convention Center, Temple Square, and City Creek Mall. Also in walking distance is the Vivint Smart Home Arena (aka Energy Solutions Arena), Salt Lake Convention Center, LDS Conference Center, Temple Square, museums, shopping, clubs, dining, and many other venues! TRAX IS FREE DOWNTOWN!! This executive SLC downtown condo is centrally located and walking distance to the convention centers, events, shopping, theaters, and much much more.

What makes this condo unique

Walking distance to downtown Salt Lake City, Utah Jazz games, concerts, conventions, shopping, movies, museums, etc. The master bathroom shower with two shower heads is a must-try. Having a private (the kids call it 'rock-star') entrance to the mall makes quick trips to the mall much quicker. Our favorite Italian deli in all the world is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away - Tony Caputo's Market and Deli. The Farmer's Market (directly across from Tony's) makes grocery stores almost unnecessary in the summer months. The little ones (and not-so-little-ones) love playing in the fountain at the Gateway (google image search gateway mall fountain). The condo is a great place for family vacations and a wonderful, quiet place for private getaways or business trips.

Very Nice Condo

This condo is very spacious and nicely furnished. It has everything that you need in the kitchen. Having a private garage to enter into the rear of the condo was very helpful as well. There are games in the front hall closet and a washer dryer if you are staying a longer time and need to do laundry.

A few cautions, On the way in to the Gateway there is a large homeless population about 2 blocks away. They do not seem to come on the the block of the Development however. The Gateway Mall has quite a few vacancies, which is sad. There is however a really nice day spa int he mall behind the condo, called Sanctuary Day Spa that I can recommend. I had a great massage, facial and manicure. Apparently the mall is going to be redeveloped into an entertainment destination, which will be really nice.

There is great access to the highway and a short drive to all of the ski areas. Although there were only 3 of us that stayed there it could easily accommodate more people. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Parc @ Gateway Condo if you are planning on staying in Salt Lake City.

Great stay in SLC!

Nice Spacious Condo with Noise Issues

I stayed in this is a very large, well appointed 2 bedroom condo for almost two weeks. It was clean and contained all the amenities you need for an extended stay. The private garage is a fantastic bonus that comes with the condo and was a huge help in dealing with ski gear. I also really liked that it was attached to the Gateway Mall which made it easy to shop and dine.

I gave this condo 3 stars because of the noisy neighborhood and restless nights that resulted. The condo very close a busy set of train tracks where trains zip through at all hours and rattle the walls. In addition, the road outside the condo seemed to attract people that were interested in booming their stereos and hanging out on the street all night. If these things had just happened once or twice, I would've dismissed them but we had to deal with both of these noise makers almost half of the nights we stayed there.

If you are a sound sleeper, than I highly recommend this condo but otherwise, I'd bring some kind of sleep aid or look somewhere else.

Great Property! Great Value!

The property was in a great location close to many items of interest as well as the interstate. It was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and it allowed all of us to stay in the same location. We had more room and were more comfortable than we would have been at a hotel at considerably less cost for our group. We enjoyed our trip and would stay here again.

All the comforts of home with the allure of a downtown location.

Beautiful property located steps from shopping, dining and downtown amenities (mass transit). Plenty of space to accommodate a large family or entertaining friends. This home supplied anything you might need while on vacation (indoor parking, laundry, cooking utensils, spices, linens, games, Directv, etc.). We would recommend this home without hesitation.

Excellent condition, HUGE, close to the convention center and some outlet mall stuff.

I would highly recommend. Safe neighborhood, as long as you don't walk directly south. Easy access. Owners are very accommodating. Excellent condition.
