This is a gorgeous fully renovated, street level, 2 bedroom/1 bath end unit, in the perfect location - close to lift AND close to main street. It’s a small 2 bedroom condo at 580sq/ft, but feels much larger due to the thoughtful and highly custom design. We chose to transform our property from 1 to 2 bedrooms, as our daughter gets older and we wanted a 2nd bedroom for her (this used to be a 1 bedroom condo). This property is perfect for the small family or group that wants 2 private bedrooms and 2 regular comfortable beds (no sofa sleepers here).

We are just 100 short steps from the Quicksilver 6 Ski Lift and 100 steps to the 'downtown strip' for dining, shopping, and night life. Our location is just one of many reasons to stay with us. Most 'ski in/ski out' condominiums are quite far from downtown and many have further distances to walk to the lifts, than our location. Once you arrive at Snodallion and park in the heated garage, you won’t need to worry about driving anywhere, because you are so close to everything! There is dining, shopping, ski rentals, coffee house, dining, massage, and much more only 1 block away. All renovations included new high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, heated porcelain tile floors, new luxurious carpets, gorgeous cherry cabinets, a new 43” flat panel LCD TV and natural stone gas fireplace. About Scott

We dreamed of having a little retreat in the mountains for a very long time. In the summer of 2004, on our honeymoon, we were able to realize our dream when we purchased this cozy little place. We have taken this condo through an amazing transformation and have personally remodeled 100% of this condo ourselves and we will continue to work very hard to make Snodallion a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway for our guests and ourselves alike. We are school teachers back in Minnesota, and we are so blessed in having this wonderful vacation getaway. My daughter, wife, and I use the condo several times a year and we are certain that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why Scott chose Breckenridge Area

We bought this condo because of the location. It has perfect balance of being very close to the lift, close to downtown and it is much more affordable that a true ski-in/ski-out. We feel a walk across the street is well worth the savings of a few hundred dollars over the ski-in/ski-out places. The ski-in/ski-outs are literally right across the street! You won't need to drive anywhere once you arrive at Snodallion. You'll be close to it all!

What makes this condo unique

We are hands on owners with only this property to manage (and enjoy ourselves) and we've been doing so successfully, with hundreds of very happy guests since 2004.

Ideal Location in Breck

Scott's unit is in a perfect location for all things Breck. A quick walk to the slopes as well as downtown. While we had some interesting experiences with the condo complex that were beyond anyone's control (leaky water heater in the unit upstairs), everyone was very responsive from Scott to the property management company and it didn't really affect our stay. The unit itself is well stocked with a multitude of kitchen supplies; pots, pans and utensils (only thing we found missing was a can opener but, we had a Swiss army knife & that did the trick). There is plenty of seating, decent TV w/ cable, WiFi throughout and the unit is well stocked with games, overall we were extremely comfortable for our stay. We spent a week in the condo and would recommend it to friends & family.

Very comfortable property in a great location.

Scott's condo is in a great location, easy walk to ski and town. Furniture has good seating options, was very comfortable and clean. Good space for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped. It is an inside unit, so the natural lighting is a little limited. A lightening problem in the entryway made hanging jackets and removing shoes challenging in the dark, however we were told when we arrived there was an electrician scheduled for the following week. The size and layout is great for a couple, additional people sleep in the living space. There were only 2 minor drawbacks, no pool towels (we had to use bath towels) and the door to the garage stairs would not unlock with the key. Both of these were very minor concerns. Overall a great experience, if we are visiting the area in the future we would be happy here again.

Everything was as described. Terrific accommodation and location.

The condo is a good size for a 1 BR/1BA. Scott let me know ahead of time that the microwave handle was broken (not a big deal to us).

I would definitely stay there in the future, with a heated garage and a short walk to downtown.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was very comfortable and well equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils. It was the perfect size for my husband, baby in a pack and play, and me however it may be tight with other adults. The only two slight downfalls were the lack of cable TV channels (only has very basic cable which was ok but would have been nice to see football games that were on) and lack of washer and dryer in the condo. Otherwise, it's a great condo, especially for the rate and location. We really enjoyed it!

Absolutely perfect condo and location in Breck

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Snodallion 24 in Feb 15. The condo could not be in a better loaction - literally 1 or 2 minute easy walk to the lift and 3 minute walk to the main street of Breck for restautants, shops and bars. The condo is well designed and beautifully set up with everything you need. Also has access to hot tubs which are a 1 min walk. It was spotless on arrival and communication from the owner was faultless, including great recommendations for dining etc. I would book this condo again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone.

Ski vacation

My daughter and I spent a week at the condo. It's a beautiful condo, in an unbelievable close location to the slopes, very clean, with a great bed, and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
