Maggie purchased this property as a future 'in town' retirement home, and uses this as her home base for winter sports in the Ashland area. She has furnished the home with many of her mother's lovely family antiques.
Maggie's Place is comfortable, nice and clean. I loved the grapes growing in the backyard balcony. The front balcony is perfect for relaxing and meditate (wonderful view, nice and quiet). The house offers everything we needed to feel at home and the location allowed us to walk to Lithia Park, Railroad District, the Co-op everyday. We have had Deer "encounters" several times around the house. Very nice! Lovely community.
My husband and I spent six wonderful, relaxing weeks at this townhome ("Maggies Place") which was clean, comfortable, well situated, and just lovely. The manager was incredibly helpful and responsive, as was the owner. It had plenty of space for us to spread out, a great master bedroom, a nice kitchen, and a gorgeous front deck with breathtaking views of Grizzly Peak. We walked everywhere from here - to downtown, the creek path, and other parts of town. We felt like it was our home away from home and would return in a heartbeat.
