Hacienda del Mar #1 is a comfy townhouse located just a short walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect vacation home for your entire family to enjoy! It is half block from Blackbeards restaurant, two blocks from the post office and three blocks from the movie theater and a new public boat ramp within a mile from the property. The townhouse showcases hi-speed wireless internet, three (3) flat screen LED TVs, leather sectional sofas/recliner, ceramic tile counter tops, washer/dryer, central air .

Spend the day relaxing at the beach, and the afternoons either at the semiprivate swimming pool or on one of the decks/balcony overlooking the street or the pool.

The Patio also features a BBQ grill and a bar counter top where to enjoy a cold refreshment by the pool.

Notes:

- Multilevel property - Garage on ground floor, Living area and 2nd floor...Master Bedroom on 3rd floor.

- Swimming pool is not heated

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.

Our rental could not have been more perfect. Within a block to the beach.

Already planning our stay for next year. This rental is 1/2 a block from a convience store. We had our own pool with an outside bar and built-in bar-b-que. The owner was available when I had questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our SPI family vacation 😀

We had such a wonderful time on our trip to SPI.The house had everything we needed with lots of room for a family of 5/ 2 teens and toddler.The pool was a plus,very quite neighborhood and the beach was within walking distance.The owner Roberto was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return next trip!

Comfortable, spacious!

For me, 4 star is very good, 5 would have to be the Burj Khalifa! Good beds, soaring ceilings, good location, wonderful owner, local! Thanks again, Roberto😁򐐠Just be aware of lots of stairs, but still great place!

The property is also just one block away from the famous and outstanding Black Beards restaurant, an icon in SPI for seafood or hamburgers.

The famous Schlitterbahn water park is only 2 miles away from Hacienda del Mar
