Our condo is located on the 4th floor of a quiet building, on a lovely tree lined street. Sleeping arrangements include a full size bed, twin sleeper sofa and twin air mattress. Guests always have the option of relaxing outside of the apartment on the building's private roof-deck. Important to note that there is no elevator in our building.

Sledding on the Boston Common or a swan boat tour in the Public Garden. Strolling along Charles Street or grabbing some Italian in the North End.

We visited Boston from Ontario from Dec 16 - Dec 19. Beacon Hill is a great location and you can walk most places. The apartment was exactly as described. It's a bit small, but served it's purpose. We had one big issue... Jeff the landlord was quick to reply... but really couldn't do anything. After a long day enjoying Boston, we returned to the "non smoking" building to find it smelling full of cannabis. Since it's an old building the smell was everywhere and just lingered...... it was sooo bad we had to leave. Very disappointing to pay sooo much money and have this. We travel a lot and never have had a VBRO experience like this. Jeff said he had smelled it before in the building .. really - no compensation or discount was offered for this "experience".
Anyway .. if you go to Boston, make sure you go Newbury St .... very pretty at Xmas even if you don't want to shop. Charles St is nice as well. Walk through the parks. Freedom Trail is good. Quincy Market, Boston Public Market (all local food .. yummmm). Mike's Pastry is a MUST on Hanover St .. another really nice area. Amendment 21 is a great restaurant and so is Red Hat(?) -- just a block from Temple St ....reasonable price and good food..... 10 cents wings on Sunday nights! We used Spot Hero to find a parking spot .... was a 6 min walk and cost $40.00 for the entire stay....highly recommend trying it.
We are back home and we wanted to thank you for a great time at your flat in Boston. We tried to leave everything as tidy and neat as we found it (parking permit on the desk and keys at the lockbox included). The location is superb, walking distance to all the main attractions in town, the parking is super convenient and close by, Wholefoods on Cambridge Ave is fantastic for every need. Just bear in mind the sofa bed is rather small for 2 so we had to use the inflattable mattress for one of our kids (11 and 13 years old). Other than that (and 4 floors staircase) the flat is perfect.Thanks a lot for your help Bjarni and we hope to be able to be back to Boston and your lovely flat again!
Location, location, location!!! I absolutely loved this Beacon Hill apartment not only for the amenities provided but also for its ideal location! The apartment was equipped with all the necessities and it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again as the location is so close to everything and the apartment was exactly as advertised! Owner was easy to reach and provided all the information well ahead of time for prepare ration of arrival.
My husband and I had a great stay in Boston. Apartment was cute and clean as advertised in pictures. We loved the location. Bjarni was easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. We would stay at this property again.
We visited Boston for just over 2 months for work and were really lucky to have found this place to stay! The location was perfect for us. It was a neat experience to stay in the quaint and charming Beacon Hill neighbourhood. We could walk everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Whole Foods is a 3 minute walk away for groceries and pre-prepared meals, there are numerous pharmacies nearby for essentials, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby as well. Over our stay we walked to nearly all of the Boston "must see" places and landmarks from here. It is also close to several "T" stations (subway) for transportation. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the place was, even for our long term stay, and even through the snowiest winter in Boston's history! It has everything you need for bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen as well as books, games, TV, and Netflix to keep you entertained in case you get snowed in (otherwise go out and explore the beautiful historic surroundings!) It is a clean, well kept, beautiful unit on the fourth floor. We knew before we arrived that there would be no elevator but managed the stairs just fine, even hauling our 3 month old son and all of his gear up and down. I would definitely not let this deter you from staying in this little Beacon Hill gem. It's location truly can't be beat. I feel we got a true Boston experience staying here and I would highly recommend it to others!

Cancellation Policy: Guest may cancel reservation under this Agreement no later then 25 days prior to check-in date, in which case Guest shall receive a full refund. If Guest cancels within 25 days of their reservation, a one-night fee is charged. ($185) All other payments are refunded.
Monthly reservations require one additional cleaning of $85 per month. This mid-month cleaning will be arranged at a date and time convenient to the guest.
