We want your vacation, family reunion, wedding, or special event at Casa Nirvana to be enjoyable and hassle-free. If we can help at all during your stay, just let us know. We’re happy to accommodate!
This has been our family's vacation home for years. We love to come here to relax during the summer, and to watch dolphins and whales in the winter time. The peace and serenity encountered in this home will revive you for many weeks.
Erik Quiroz purchased this house in 1995
It is one of the largest homes in Las Conchas, a true treasure.
Rocky Point is only 3hrs and 45 minutes from Phoenix. Las conchas is a gated community with 24-hr security. The house is very private and offers many ammenities. It is also close to the Old Port and to numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and the Red Cross.
Our group of 12, first time visitors to Puerto Penasco/Rocky Point, was enhanced by the accommodations of Casa Nirvana. The uniqueness of each bedroom and the various living/entertaining areas gave everyone a very unique experience. While not all our group knew each other previously, however my wife & I did, they were all best of friends at the end of our trip. Casa Nirvana is large, yet cozy, everyone had a retreat to their areas if they wished or could remain in the "public areas" for enhancing the camaraderie of all in residence.
We chose to dine in the first night in order to acquaint everyone and the facilities easily accommodated us. While we had to bring additional chairs from the lower level for all to dine together the table upstairs accommodated the additional seats. The kitchen area was interesting as we had more "cooks" than necessary as everyone pitched in to do their part. It easily became a gathering place which allowed for communication to the others who choose to stay out of the kitchen and handle cocktails from the convenient bar area. Clean & comfortable & flexible was the key to our very successful and enjoyable stay.
While the location appears to be outside the "town" it is very close and convenient. In the future I would want to return to Casa Nirvana or some other facility in the Las Conchas area. The guards at the entry were very helpful. Directions were, in reality, very easy despite the apprehension initially. We all agreed that that security of the area was very comfortable. As to finding Casa Nirvana--the signage through Rocky Point leading to Las Conchas is very evident and helpful. The final set of directions provided by the owner is accurate and easy to follow. Our trip was so enjoyable that everyone wants to return soon and those that have been told of our experiences are also desirous of joining us in the future. This early demand has us "oversold" already.
The owner could not have more of a pleasure to deal with. His timely responses and additional information, especially in reply to the many questions from our group which I forwarded to Erik, seemed to be of no issue to him. Every time I contacted him I got rapid responses and in some cases additional helpful information. After over 40 years in hotel and resort senior management and ownership positions I can easily say that the owner, Erik Quiroz, is very hospitable, professional & accommodating. I would not hesitate to rely on him at any time in the future.
This is our second time renting Casa Nirvana for our family reunion. This beautiful home houses our family of 24 comfortably and has everything we need. Since our last trip they have upgraded the appliances and family room furniture which was a nice surprise. Erik and Roberto make everything easy, rewarding and pleasant. We are already planning our trip for next year! You can't go wrong with this home. Its always clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need.
We rented the entire compound and experience a fun and very memorable time. Plenty of space to gather the entire group and still lots other rooms for quiet relaxing. This was a family trip of older siblings and our families. The owner has a great local support team for quick response to any need. Wifi supports movie streaming too so you can stay touch with the world if need and get a little work done too. The most king beds (3) and lots of queen beds. One large kitchen-great room plus three additional kitchens for overflow (5 refrigs!!) covers any entertaining desires. You are right on the beach here. Same time next year please.
My husband and I stayed in the Casita with our two large dogs. The space was perfect for us! We loved drinking smoothies on the patio watching the ocean and taking beach walks with the dogs. Driving to and from town was quick and easy. We loved feeling like we had the whole beach to ourselves while only being 10 minutes from the activity of the town. We would definitely stay here again. The main house also looks gorgeous and we would certainly rent it with a larger group.
We rented the entire property for a family reunion. We had 16 people, ages 21-84. We celebrated my grandmothers 84th birthday. What a way to celebrate! The house met every expectation. What a beautiful place. We loved the decorated rooms, the plaster, and the brick work throughout the house. Spectacular patio and beach access. The place was clean. One thing that was lacking was the supply of bath towels. There were not enough towels for each guest. We ended up using our beach towels, so consider bringing extra towels. Also of note, there are a lot of stairs inside the house and for beach access. Something to consider if you have elderly or handicapped guests. Location is nice and quite with a private beach. A little removed from town but didn't bother us. If any future renters are looking for a chef, we used Chef Julio who catered a five course meal for 16 people that was spectacular! Highly recommend him. You can find him on Facebook. We look forward to coming back for another family reunion! Highly recommend this place.
We held our wedding on the beach in front of Casa Nirvana. We rented the entire property for our wedding guests, ceremony, reception and vacation days to follow. Pictures cannot capture the amount of character this house has to offer. The plaster work and theme decorated rooms were so cool. The patio space and well kept common areas were perfect for a group of about 20. And the kitchen options were great!!!!
The property manager was responsive and very helpful, although we had very minimal need for assistance because the house was in excellent condition. Erik was very helpful and easy to work with while planning our trip. I couldn't imagine having a more beautiful setting for our special day. I don't think there is a better patio to enjoy the sunset from on the beach of Las Conchas.
