Beautiful condo. The huge deck with solid railings was so perfect for our two children 9 months and 22 months. Feels like you're on the beach and part of the action at all times. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Beach, Condo, Location all 5 star.

Wonderful second visit to this property.

As with our first stay, this Regal Beach condo did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay, the unit was clean and well appointed. Also want to note the property manager, Jennifer, who was very responsive and helpful during our time there. We love this location, the island and plan to return again in the not to distant future!

Perfect Location!

Great property, fabulous deck, near the Marriott so we were able to hear the nightly music, order drinks to go, and participate in water sports. The condo was comfortable and spacious. The staff were all terrific! There could be about twice as many beach umbrellas but other than that a perfect property.

Great location, Great views, a few issues

Our family has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean in the past ten years and our primary choice of accommodations have always been villa/condo rentals. With that in mind we have a vast rolodex of properties to compare this particular condo with.

Pros: Outstanding location on Seven Mile beach, close to everything i.e.. restaurants, grocery store, etc. The views from the balcony are exceptional. Property grounds are well maintained, very clean.

Cons: The housekeeping service is less than desirable. Upon arriving at the airport on time I received a call from Jennifer wondering how long it was going to take to arrive at the condo. I informed her it would take approximately 20 mins. We arrived at the condo at approximately 3:30 the staff was still cleaning the property. The laundry was not finished, the windows were filthy inside and out, everything was subpar in a property at this price range. The housekeeping staff remained in the condo until approximately 4:45pm to finish cleaning. It is very tight inside the condo, the bedrooms contain too much furniture given the size of the rooms. The washer is extremely loud to the point we had trouble carrying on conversations in the living room due to the excessive noise from the machine. (Very small loads of laundry)

Parking is a nightmare, we had two very small compact cars and on rare occasion were we able to locate parking spots. Cars were parked in odd places all over the parking lot making it difficult to get in and out of the complex in a safe manner.

We enjoyed our second trip to the island but we will not be returning to this Condo. The price is simply not on point with the services provided and amenities offered.

Owner's Response: We strive hard to maintain our 5 star rating, which we have on all our properties. We take it very seriously when we receive less than a 5 star rating and investigate the circumstances. We are very sorry to hear of the things that you were not happy with, this has certainly not been the experience or view of other guests and their reviews of this condo. This was a back to back booking and the previous guests (who had left a lot to do) had just moved out so the cleaners were still finishing up some things upon your arrival which we know is not ideal. On the rare occasion this has happened, guest have been understanding, but we are sorry it was a problem. We do ask in our booking contract that you let us know within 24 hours of anything you may be unhappy with, but we are only hearing through this review weeks later. This is the first time we have received complaints about our dryer being too noisy (its less than 1 yr old), any parking problems, or that we have too much furniture in this newly furnished 1,800 sq ft beachfront penthouse condo which is actually big for an oceanfront 7 mile beach condo.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.
