I honestly can't say enough good things about the Regal Beach Penthouse. The condo it self is nice, clean and equipped with everything we could've needed for the week. The patio and view are simply amazing! We walked the beach many times and did not see one balcony as nice as this. The beach and pool were wonderful with plenty of chairs to go around. The area felt very safe and we were able to walk to dinner every night with our young children without concern. Over all we had zero complaints and will most definitely be back!
Fantastic Location and Amazing view!
This was our third vacation to Seven Mile Beach and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation. We had previously stayed at the Meridian, and although it is lovely, this location was preferred because of the access to the Marriott next door. We enjoyed walking right off the beach and eating lunch at their beach front restaurant (lobster tacos were amazing, as was the coconut mojito). We also rented a canoe from in front of the Marriott and enjoyed snorkeling by the artificial reef just a short distance from shore.
However, we were thrilled we didn't stay AT the Marriott because the beach was jammed and people could be seen claiming their beach chairs early in the morning. We, however, enjoyed lounging over coffee on our spacious deck and not once had an issue with finding chairs for 7 of us. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance and Camana Bay (a large retail and restaurant area) was a short (10 minute) walk as well. There is a small food market there and a wine store in addition to several restaurants and shops.
The kitchen was nicely stocked, the housekeeping staff (daily except Sundays and holidays) were thorough, and Jennifer (the property manager) was quick to respond to the few questions we had. There is a cupboard full of "beachy" things like boogie boards, floats etc and plenty of beach towels.
We utilized the grocery delivery service (Kirk's market) and alcohol delivery service (Black Beards) for our day of arrival which was lovely. Arriving late Saturday afternoon, with stores closed on Sunday would have meant a mad dash to stock up on supplies, but instead we enjoyed a cold beverage out on the deck to soak in the view.
We did not rent a car (and were glad), because we were easily able to grab a cab the few times we ventured a little farther from home. It is easy to walk next door to the Marriott and a cab is literally there within seconds. Be forewarned that the cab fares seem to be inconsistent (and honestly excessive), but it still would be much cheaper than renting a car for the week. Be sure to try Agua, Luca and Eduardo's for excellent meals and service.
We hope to return to the GCI and would definitely stay at the Regal Beach Club again. However, be prepared for a long, inefficient check in process at the airport, no access to food (the lineup was probably 85 to 100 people long at the sundry shop), and not enough seating. But worth it!
Miles of Views
This was our first visit to Grand Cayman. This condo unit is great. It is a third floor walk up with 3 bedrooms and two baths. Be aware when planning that there is no elevator so be prepared to run some steps with your luggage. The condo was comfortable and met our expectations. Hands down the highlight of this space is the spectacular patio balcony that overlooks Seven Mile Beach. The patio is a wonderful space to relax and to take in the amazing panoramic view. We found that everything was within walking distance. We dined at several nearby restaurants. The Craft Food and Beverage restaurant received high marks from our teenagers but we also visited Cafe Del Sol, Cimboco and the Smoothie bar.
We snorkeled directly off the beach by Regal and saw some wonderful creatures in the man-made reef. In addition, we booked a tour to Stingray City (Six Senses Tours) and a private reef fishing charter (Captain Marvins). When we required a taxi, we called Josephine Smile who was great.
The Paradise Properties representative, Jennifer was helpful and Ms. D did a great job for us!

We absolutely loved our week staying in Regal Beach Club #131. The perfect spot on Seven Mile Beach! The condo is just lovely and the staff was amazing to work with. We will definitely be renting it again in the future.
Lovely property and location on 7 mile beach
Enjoyed our stay at Regal Beach Club. Property was perfect for our need and Miss Dee was so pleasant. Location is awesome. The only negative was that being by the Marriott, their guests try to take our chairs and umbrellas for their own use.
White powder sandy beach, great for long walks, snorkeling and diving. You are near to many fine restaurants, shopping , Georgetown and Camana Bay with upscale shops, cafes, restaurants and water excursions. I accept payment through VRBO/HomeAway, PayPal, Debit/Credit card and Check/Bank transfer (if within the US). Contact me to ask about savings. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable. Daily Maid service is provided (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out. A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges. HomeAway/VRBO offers travel insurance and Damage Protection Insurance. Please contact them for further information.
