Beautiful condo. The huge deck with solid railings was so perfect for our two children 9 months and 22 months. Feels like you're on the beach and part of the action at all times. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. Beach, Condo, Location all 5 star.

Amazing condo, incredible views.

This is our third visit to Grand Cayman and this is by far the best place we have stayed. From check in to check out everything was fantastic. We had a crew of 7, my wife and I and our 5, 18-23 year old children. Plenty of room for all of us. The MBR is beautiful with fantastic views of the beach and ocean. The huge (not exaggerating) private deck is amazing. You are literally on the beach and water, also overlooking the swimming pool. The property is located in the heart of seven mile beach and is close to everything you will need. Kirk market is about a 20 minute walk but the convenient and affordable bus service is the way to go. Great restaurants including Coconut Joes, XQ Pizza and Peppers are an easy walk. Burger Shack is across the street and is one of the best burgers you will ever have. The kids went there three times in 6 days!

I don’t agree with any of the negative reviews you might have read. Housekeeping was excellent (Miss D rocks), rooms were clean and well maintained. Excellent wireless internet, and with kids missing girlfriends or boyfriends in the US, is a lifesaver. All appliances are clean and are in working order, no issues with sound from washer and dryer. Rooms are quiet and the only noise we heard was from waves crashing on then water while we slept. We will be back to Cayman and plan on staying here again,

Great property, Amazing condo, Fabulous views!

I only wish we could have stayed with you longer but unfortunately, you were booked up. Thank you for letting us use your wonderful condo. From our wonderful welcome from Jennifer to our last goodbye to Miss D we couldn't have been looked after any better. This is my 4th time to Cayman from England and this time I brought my mum and she has loved every minute of it. I have looked at your other condos and I look forward to booking with you again sometime next year. Why would you want to stay in a hotel when you can have your own home from home! Thank you for making our stay truly wonderful and I'll

miss our morning breakfasts over the ocean.

Awesome Vacation!!!!

This Oceanfront condo has the best views on 7 mile beach!!!! . We arrived early on 8/6/17, the property manager was off the island the week we were there, so the owner checked us in. It was very nice talking and getting to know him. He went though everything we needed to know. Since there was no one there checking out before us we were able to check right in. There were two other people that day checking in on us, just making sure that we had everything we needed. We are a family of six traveling and it was very reassuring to know that they were checking in on us. We were able to jet skiing, kayak, snorkel and swim in front of the building. We booked everything at the Marriot right next door. We rented a car to explore but was not necessary since everything is within walking 10 to 15 minutes. The car rental is at the Marriott also, so if you decide to rent a car you don't have to go back to the airport. The daily rental is cheaper then a taxi back and forth. The condo was nice and clean, I tend to be on the OCD side and I didn't feel the need to clean anything, which was awesome to just relax. The kids had a blast, we all want to come back and wished that we booked the condo for two week instead of one. The only thing I didn't like was that everything closes early, all the shop were closed by 5pm on a Saturday night, and everything is closed on Sunday. So do your shopping in the morning. We will recommend this condo to all our friends and family, thank you for an awesome vacation.

prime spot

My family and I loved the condo. First, it's just nice all of the furniture, beds, electronics, kitchen ware, bedding and linens are top notch quality that you would have in your home. The unit has plenty of space so everyone can spread out. We stayed with our 3 kids ages 5, 8, 12. Most of the time was spent at the beach. We could easily come up and rest and have lunch in the unit. They have quite a few beach toys, and we left some in the closet outside the main entry door. The condo complex has free gas grills available at several spots on the ground level. The units has beach lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas available on the beach. We never had trouble obtaining a couple of chairs and umbrella for our crew. The complex (Regal Beach) is not crowded. You will have plenty of space on the beach, but the Marriott next door is a pretty tight on the beach which allows for some interesting people watching. You can easily go over to the Marriott for drinks or food at the beach bar which is quite good. They also have a coffee bar and gelato bar which we used. The unit has plenty of towels and a nice new washer and dryer. You can use the company associated with the Marriott right next to the condo to rent kayaks, jet skis and inflatable banana rides, not SUP boards for some reason (I did see a guy delivering the SUP boards to Regal guest though). Boats offering parasailing were in and out of the beach area but we never did that. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Craft and Coconut Joe's right across the street were excellent and Chicken Chicken a little further down in the shopping area across the street was good. I recommend checking out Camana Bay an easy walk with very modern shops, restaurants and a cool observation tower. My wife and son did the Segway tour and went over there and they loved the tour. I got a week long pass to World Gym about a 10 min walk, 85$. It has basic stuff, real weights and classes available, excellent juice bar and smoothies. In hindsite, we kinda wished we had a car. We spent a-lot on cabs, they are pricey. If you go anywhere it's pretty easy to drop 50$ on cab roundtrip. I am not sure about parking fuel and rental car cost. The condo and interactions with the owners and the cleaning staff were great. Rent without any fears. Enjoy our beach toys and half bottle of Grey Goose we left in the freezer. Cheers

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas holiday bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.

Daily Maid service is provided (except Sundays and holidays) and again after check out.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus service fee. Guests will also be charged for the CC fees which will be included in the total. The booking confirmation sent to you after reserving your dates will summarize your charges.
