Welcome to NSB and the Malibu! We are centrally located on 13 miles of hard packed sandy beach, and our upscale building has 29 units and is a newer condominium, completed in 2007. Imagine waking to breathtaking views, enjoying the peace of each sunrise, and the awe of each sunset. You can also walk, jog or bike-ride for miles, sun bathe, surf, swim and fish with magnificent views in each direction.

Our 3 bedroom/3 bath upscale ocean-front condo is located on the fifth floor. The interior of the condo has been newly decorated with designer furnishings, custom window treatments, and lovely bed & bath linens. The kitchen, living room & master bedroom open directly to the large balcony, which captures a panoramic view of the ocean and overlooks the pool, Jacuzzi & beach. This 2000 sq. ft. condo, with 10’ ceilings and oversize glass doors provide spacious living and sparkling ocean views from the kitchen, living room & master bedroom.

New Smyrna Beach is a charming town with a mainland historic district and quaint beach-side downtown. We often describe it as “Florida’s last beach town” with all the charm and hospitality of small town USA. Watch the surfers and fishermen along the beach, bike south to Ponce Inlet or north to National Seashore and enjoy miles of panoramic views. The Malibu is conveniently located one mile south of Flagler Avenue with all its fun shops and restaurants and within walking distance to Walgreen’s (2 blocks), Publix (just down the street), and many local restaurants. Best of all, you are just moments from the beach!

We are happy to share our home with you and know you will treat our home as you would your own. We’ve provided all you need so the choice is yours; lounge by the pool or in the Jacuzzi, relax on the balcony, enjoy ocean views & sunrises, take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy entertainment on the 4K HD Flat Screen TV’s.

We traveled throughout Florida before finding our new home in New Smyrna Beach. This charming small town provides a sense of community and the downtown areas are active, with festivals and activities. We fell in love with the breathtaking hard packed beach and know you will love it too.

What makes this condo unique

New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Central Florida's theme parks and attractions, yet offers breath taking views, great restaurants, and a safe environment. We enjoy the beach, pool, exercise room, bike riding and walking on the beach, as well as the friendly atmosphere of New Smyrna Beach.

We absolutely loved your condo. Everything was in great shape and was just wonderful while we were there. Since leaving, we have all commented about missing it! (Our favorite restaurants were PJs and New Smyrna Beach Steakhouse. And, we enjoyed renting the mini car on the beach.)

Executive luxury condo with a family fun feel and romantic amenities! Open concept with VIEWS!!'

Heart warming atmosphere with spectacular ocean front views!!! Three private master bedrooms with baths including one executive master suite with balcony, spa and luxury shower!

Very clean throughout and owners are very thorough and detailed in accommodating all your needs to assure a home away from home experience!

Furnishings and linens are high end and spa quality! Flat screen TVs in every room including the family room (a mans dream TV 4K) !!!!! Kitchen is fully equippped and dining room very elaborate for special family meals. Or, be more casual after an afternoon at the easy assessable beach walkway, and enjoy the glass breakfast table or kitchen bar! There were no short cuts in the added amenities with this condo 'home'!!!!!

Beautiful pool and hot tub (to be enjoyed next stay due to Hurricane Irmas effects) but still a lovely view from balcony! Ocean and pool right outside your condo; just a few steps away! A nice private garage with garage door opener for quick access to condo is a very nice amenity!

The owners are truly a precious couple!!!!

Until next time 'Malibu'; NSB is our next destination;) ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND this luxury condo and you must try The Garlic Resturant; it screams atmosphere and the food is amazing. Pricey $$$ but well worth the experience. The location of the condo is close to all recommended restaurants, quaint home town feel ice cream shops etc.

Amazing

This condo is in the perfect location for restaurants, bars, and groceries, but the view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom, and fabulous balcony makes it a great vacation home. The owners pay close attention to detail, and the unit is well equipped. They even had someone greet us on arrival to show us around and make us comfortable.

In addition to typical beach vacation adventures, we were also treated to two rocket launches, two space station sightings, and the solar eclipse!

The condo is a great size with comfy beds, a loaded kitchen, and a book that tells you everything you need to know about New Smyrna, the condo complex, and unit 502! You won't be disappointed.

Malibu Condo

We had a wonderful visit to New Smyrna Beach. The unit we stayed in was beautiful. It was very clean and spacious, decorated beautifully. The view was amazing. The owners were great to work with. They provided a lot of helpful information about the condo and the area. The building was very nice and quiet, easy access to the beach. We loved having the garage space for our car and to store our beach stuff. We would highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back!

Malibu Condo

We have been vacationing in NSB for 20 years and have to say that this condo was the best we've ever stayed in. Awesome central location! The unit was perfectly decorated. High quality linens/towels...owner's have thoughtfully detailed throughout. Beds were extremely comfy and the view was to die for. Can't wait for next year!!!

Happy Memories

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacant at the Malibu Building. The building is clean and secure. The ocean access is right outside the property. The pool and spa were inviting. The unit is unique in that it will accommodate bigger parties yet offers privacy. The owners have stocked the unit with a great deal of thought to make our stay comfortable and easy. We love New Smyrna Beach - its beautiful. We were rewarded with visits from dolphins playing directly out from the Malibu building. Another happy memory to add to our trip. We would recommend this unit.
